These guys didn’t disappoint!

I recently had a bad experience with a “different” tire shop in Ozark so I been trying to find a new tire home. I believe we’ve found them.

These guys are awesome. I had a tire failure in Ozark on my way home from Fort Novosel, from too much travel and not enough time to attend to personal business. They put two new tires on, did an alignment, and got me back on the road in time to still make my dinner meeting 300 miles away. Also much thanks to the young man at Love’s truckstop that evidently used to work at this Roadmart and was able to tell me exactly where I needed to go. It was right around the corner.

Jan. 2024 of this year , I & my son have the full syn. oil change on both vehicles . I have always had good service at this location UNTILL THIS TIME !!!!!!! I've heard that this location is under new management. But Still It's No excuse for the WORST SERVICE EVER at this location. And we have been coming to this Road Mart since Jan. of 2020 With that being said , whoever the mechanic or oil tech was. He OVER FILLED my S-10 pick up by 2 QUARTS !!!!!! And if that wasn't enough he did not put a new rubber gasket on the oil plug !! AND HE DIDN'T INSTALL THE OIL FILTER CORRECTLY !! Because the oil plug & the oil filter both are leaking oil !! So ROAD MART you have lost 2 customers that own 3 vehicles for good !!! Don't ya'll even check out these so called techs or mechanics once ya'll hire them ! I haven't even called because I know that's not gonna go over well. I mean plus the over-filling of my oil. Which can damage your engine !! NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICALS TO ROAD MART AGAIN !! But I will be getting in touch with the OWNER , because I know one of the salesman. So lesson learned about hiring new management Road Mart , make sure they are of GOOD QUALITY !!

I was searching for a place to get my tires replaced, and requested a quote online. They called within about 20 minutes and had my tires to do same day! I went up and all the guys up there were very nice and super helpful! In and out in a little over an hour. I am super satisfied!

Do not do business with these people. Spoke with them on Monday to buy four new tires. Was told they would be there Tuesday. They called back and said they couldn't get those tires but they could get 4 others by Weds. I told them I would be in Friday morning to get them done. They agreed. Called Thursday afternoon to make sure the tires were in and was told they were. Friday morning I called because I had a feeling... Suddenly there was confusion and my tires weren't in but would be on the truck coming in mid morning. Called after noon and was told the tires wouldn't be in until Monday. Now I'm frustrated and tell them this is ridiculous and get hung up on. This was the Ozark store. Pure amateur hour nonsense. Avoid.

We are traveling through Ozark for a Funeral and our car was having trouble with tires shaking. Stopped in Road Mart and these guys were great! Very nice and Quick with service, had us back on the road in no time. Thank you Again!

Have been using Roadmart for almost 10 years. The Ozark location is in my opinion, the best. They always make things right and do quality work. If I have a problem, I always use them. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are fair. Go see James, Jamie, Seth, and Aaron. When I have an automotive issue, I see them FIRST.
