Stopped by to check out the new store. Clean, large selection, bright spaces and the staff members were friendly. But that is where the good news ends. Checking ammo prices and I found they were not especially good. Equal or better prices at Farm Systems just up Hwy 231. As I was leaving a couple of staff members offered me a tee shirt and ball cap. I was holding these wearable ads when someone I presume was a manager (blue shirt), came and began saying "no, no". In front of a potential customer he humiliated the staff, and literally took the wearable ads out of my hands. Staff members make mistakes, but dealing with it in grace and humor will make a positive impression. What if he said something to the effect, "We aren't giving these out yet, but our staff is so generous and excited that we will make an exception. Could you do me a favor and let folks know about our store. grand opening?" The staff would have gotten the message and the potential customer would have been impressed and would have been wearing the company ad. I am not sweating a cheap tee-shirt or ball cap. Being harsh with staff is NOT acceptable. The manager lost one thing and got two others. He lost a potential customer, he got to keep his wearable ads, and he got one star.

Great store. Super happy to have a business like this located in Ozark so I don't have to make the drive to Dothan. Excellent selection and availability of ammo not seen at a lot of other stores in the area.
