I highly recommend Zazou's. We got a same day appointment and it was a fantastic experience! Jodi was so great at helping me find my gorgeous wedding dress and keeping me under my budget. She made the appointment fun and was great at making me feel comfortable. I wasn't sure if we could find anything so last minute but we did! And thank you for the recommendation for the ladies that did my alterations. Everything fell into place like it was meant to be.

I said yes to my dress with Maddie! I never write reviews but she deserves one. Maddie did an incredible job making this process fun and comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about what she does and just made this experience for me! I tried on a lot more than I thought I would and Maddie was so patient and kind. Not to mention extremely knowledgeable! Everything was perfect, from the staff to my dress! I would absolutely recommend this place to another bride. Zazou’s has a wonderful selection to choose from, there’s something for everyone here! I scheduled a spontaneous appointment, not waking up thinking I would find my wedding dress that day. However, I fell in love the 2nd dress I tried on. When you know, you know!

I booked a private appointment with Zazou's to include a lot of the important women in my life and it was 100% worth it. We were welcomed by Winnie, who made me instantly feel at ease, and comfortable when picking out dresses. My entire group gushed over the experience from start to finish. Winnie was informative, friendly, funny, helpful all while not being pushy or sale-person like. I ended up saying yes to the dress in my very first appointment which I was not expecting to do! It was a dream appointment - the service was 10/10, the selection was 10/10, the store ambiance was a 10/10. I genuinely could not have asked for a better experience.

My experience at Zazou’s was a literal dream! My entire appointment was personalized to me and my guests. The staff made me feel so comfortable and special. Brittani was my consultant and she was so patient and listened intently to all my feedback on each dress I tried on. She then went and grabbed a couple more dresses that would fit my description and voila, she found me my PERFECT dress. I cannot recommend Zazou’s enough.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience today! Our consultant Brittani was so knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and fun ! My best friend is getting married and she found her perfect dress for her big day today with her help! We had 9 of us girls and they made us all feel welcomed ! Even though we were a bigger group the entire staff was awesome and we even got to have some yummy snacks and champagne or cider in between dress changes. The owner Jodi was even there too and loved her whole vibe and good energy too! 10/10 experience! Thank you girls for making this experience so fun!! Had the best experience at Zazous with Maddie!! Went to multiple other stores prior to zazous and was starting to feel the pressure of needing to buy a dress. Right off the bat, everyone in my group felt so comfortable. I loved that we were able to look at all the dresses and choose the ones we wanted try on. Maddie also let me try on my favorites as many times as I needed (a lot) in order to find the one <3 10/10 would go back
