I ordered 4 bouquets from Canada to be delivered in Burlington, Iowa. This florist shop simply goes above and beyond normal customer service Judith took the time to listen to what i wanted, and she delivered. Their flowers are fantastic.
I ordered from them to be delivered on Valentine's Day, the first delivery the recipients weren't home, on one of the busiest days of the year they took the time to successfully redeliver.
I would recommend this florist, the entire teams goes above and beyond your expectations. I will be ordering from them again in the near future. Thank you to the Zaisers team.

We received a call from Zaiser's about a delay of the delivery of the flowers due to the snow storm. That was very thoughtful of them to do that. The flowers are absolutely beautiful! The family is very appreciative of them. Thank you, once again, for the wonderful service!

I live in Texas and spent 90 dollars to ensure my mom got flowers from my family in time for Mother's Day. I ordered them online the Monday prior. They were supposed to be delivered on Saturday, the day before Mother's Day. I added no specific delivery instructions to indicate that I needed to her be home or to sign for the flowers. I assumed they would be dropped off at her door, as that's how a delivery generally works. She was out and about all day and did not see a phone call from Zaisers, nor did I ask them to call her prior to delivery. I simply paid for the flowers and the delivery fee, thinking they would be DELIVERED. Around 3, I had heard nothing from her, nor had I gotten an email from Zaisers saying they were delivered. I called, only to find out they closed at noon. They did not try to contact me, the person who paid almost 100 dollars, by either phone or email to ask what I wanted to do. In short, my mom didn't get her flowers by Mother's Day, and instead, had to pick them up on Monday. I would have preferred to just be refunded the entire amount I paid and forfeited the flowers, as the point was to have them on Mother's Day. After my mom asked, they partially refunded the 15 dollar delivery fee. I will absolutely never order from here again. It was an incredibly disappointing experience.

This place has a huge variety of beautiful healthy plants! The owner is nice and very knowledgeable, she answered all my questions! My son and I made this gnome garden with a bunch of succulents from Zaisers.
