Went there to buy something with Valentines day coming up. It was awful. The lady that worked there was too busy yelling at those in the video booths.

What customer wants to hear a bunch of yelling while they are shopping. I just left. There are better places for what I want to buy.

This place needs to hire people who know how to talk to customers.

I’ve enjoyed visiting the store for years and have appreciated having the booths available as a place to decompress whether it be after work, during lunch, or whenever. I stopped by a couple of days ago to learn there’s a new manager in place, and it appears his mission is to intimidate anyone accessing the booths. In less than a 10 minute span he came through opening and shaking doors, twice. It was invasive enough that I left, leaving over half of the $20 I had just deposited in the booth. Either accept the booths for their intended purpose or close them down but, intimidation and harassment isn’t the way to handle it. The previous Manager kept everyone in line and in an orderly manner by gaining the respect of the customers, not by making them feel uncomfortable for supporting a service you offer in your store.

My husband just took me to this store last night. They have a great variety of items and the store is very clean and well kept. The people there are nice, open, and willing to answer any questions you have about any of their products.

I myself was looking for a natural lubrication because my skin is sensitive and most natural selections are sticky and you don't have many options, they had a good amount of options to pick from in the natural lubrication section and even asked a few questions that would help them find exactly what I was looking for.

I definitely plan on purchasing from x-mart again because of this experience.

I have always loved this store but my most recent experience was not the best. The cashier, I don’t know her name but she had curly hair was so rude to me and my friends and literally stated she didn’t care. I don’t know if she was mad she had to come to work but don’t put that off on your customers that come to spend THEIR money!

Prices are cheap in comparison to the surrounding areas. The staff is always there to help. Very clean always. I've never felt uncomfortable going in this store because everyone is super friendly and the staff is really knowledgeable about their products. Will be returning and if you're reading this review you should go check it out.

Still waiting on a refund for a purchase I was drastically overcharged for. They wouldn't even sell me the actual product I wanted but charged me full price for a discounted similar item. At the current time I wouldn't even give 1 star but that's the lowest I can go. I was told by the staff I would receive a call Monday they took down a copy of my ID, name, and phone number still no calls.
