Ashley and Winnie Couture were such a dream to work with as a bride! Ashely was so kind and helpful, and was extremely communicative through the process of booking an appointment, day of my appointment, when my dress shipped, and when I was able to come to the store to pick it up. My entire bridal party was treated like celebrities, and I ended up leaving with the gown of my dreams!

My best friend had scheduled a bridal appointment at another local shop (Not Winnie) and we had such an awful experience we were left scrambling trying to salvage her day and her bridal experience. We called Winnie Couture to see if there was any way they could squeeze her in for a last minute appointment and they were so kind on the phone. They told us to come at 12:30 and we were so grateful. Immediately when we walked in we knew this was going to be a great experience because they had written a little welcome sign for our friend. It was such a nice touch and really made her feel special. Then we get to the gorgeous lounge area and they offered us mimosas which is how it should be in my onion and just made us all really feel like VIPs. They were extremely helpful with listening to her wedding vision and helping us pull dresses for her to try on. After several dresses we finally found the one! She had a short turn around time and they were able to accommodate that as well as some dress alterations she was wanting. We are so grateful to them for saving the day and what started out as a nightmare day ended like a fairy tale! Thank you Winnie Couture staff for everything!

From the moment we walked in the store, Winnie was an amazing experience! There was a personalized welcome sign, which is a small but very appreciated touch!

From there, we were offered champagne/mimosas and Kami asked about all of my wedding dress thoughts and wishes! They pulled all of the specific dresses that had caught my eye on the website, they pulled their own selections, and had me walk around the store and pull anything else that stood out to me!

Kami was so helpful getting me into all the dresses, clamping the dress, and making sure everything looked right before I walked out!

I found my dream dress and they added all of the pieces I had dreamed of to make sure I got the full vision! It was perfect!!

Unfortunately, I had one more appointment after this one and let me tell you- the experience there didn’t even compare to Winnie.

I called after that appointment and they were so accommodating with me wanting to try the dress on one more time. They steamed it, added all the details once again, and it solidified my decision! I said yes to the dress!! This was the most amazing dress shopping experience, I couldn’t be more happy with my dress!

Ashley is AMAZING. From first phone call with her, to meeting her everything was so smooth, zero pressure, top notch professionalism and she has an amazing eye. The store is gorgeous and the selection was by far the best I’ve seen after visiting multiple stores in Nashville. Highly recommend Ashley and highly recommend Winnie Couture!

3rd times a charm!!! I lovveee this beautiful shop! I went to two bridal shops before coming to Winnie, and I have to admit I was blown away as soon as I entered the door! The customer service was top tier! I was in contact with Haley weeks prior to my appointment and even in that time I just could not wait to get in to the store to meet them!! The dresses are so beautiful and the ladies are super accommodating!
They kept the champagne coming, (and water for my niece) and I honestly have no complaints! No one was pushy or rushy, they truly just want you to find the dress for you! Thank you ladies for helping me find my dream dress! 10/10 recommend!

The staff at Winnie is absolutely amazing! I went to about 3 different places to look for my wedding dress and Winnie by far had the best customer service. The girls were super sweet and genuinely cared about helping me find my dream dress. Even during Covid they were able to give me and my family the bridal dress shopping experience. Thank to the girls at Winnie I was able to find my dress and I couldn't be more happy with it! 🙂

Omg! I had the most incredible experience shopping for my dress at Winnie Couture! This was the 2nd appointment on my list for gown hunting and it just absolutely blew me away. Not only were the gowns ALL stunning (I would be happy wearing any of them down the aisle) my stylist Kami who coordinated the fitting was such a professional, she actually chose the dress I ended up saying yes to based on my likes and body type. Both Kami and Izzy were just lovely all the way around & really made our experience. I felt like they were really on my side to pick the right dress VS just selling me anything. I would 1000% recommend choosing Winnie Couture for such a special experience!

If being engaged and an upcoming bride wasn’t fun enough, you will feel even more special while you try on incredible dresses at Winnie Couture. First of all, the salon itself is a Pinterest dream. The manager Haley, is a gem. She is the sweetest, and will make you feel like the most beautiful bride ever. And the dresses are just amazing. Incredible quality. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. You won’t be sorry. I’m sure you will find your dream dress at Winnie Couture.
