I won't ever go back to this store. Went there Sunday afternoon looking for a shelving . The website says they had one in stock. The kid that was helping us took up the shelves and brackets I said no shelving unit like this. He looked at his phone for a second and said no we don't have anything like that in the store. Keep your website updated with correct information.

This store opened recently on Bailey Cove road. It was my first visit to the store.

It is very well stocked. They have apparently not had their grand opening yet but many of the products they will be selling at that event are already in the store.

The employees were friendly and helpful in locating several items we were seeking on this visit. It was very clean, the aisles were fairly wide to make it easy to get through and it is larger than some Ace Hardware stores I have visited in the past.

This is well worth a visit when looking for items typically carried in a hardware store.

This store does not prioritize customer service. About a month ago we spent about $700 on new STIHL products and left an older STIHL chainsaw to be repaired to as like new as possible. Went today to pick up the chainsaw and it still looks dirty (some coated/caked up oil inside and out) as when we dropped it off and is leaking fluid. When we asked about what was done to it as it clearly doesn’t appear to be in like new condition the employee rudely stated that the request was to make it run like new not look new. To which I asked so running like new means leaking? If repairing to like new is not something that is offered that’s fine, you should communicate that to customers not expect them to know everything and be rude when they need clarification. Also the total was only about $30 for the “labor.” Would not recommend for STIHL repair and servicing or overall due to rude employees that will adopt an attitude as if not being happy to receive a leaking chainsaw is “Karen” behavior.

I would love to get this place a five star review in the last 12 months. I've bought two chainsaws two leaf blowers several miscellaneous items. I have definitely spent more than $5000 at this store in the last year but today calls me to write a review I brought, a defective propane tank back along with an empty tank for refill. I was hoping to exchange the defective tank with the new free one. However I got charged $26 because there was something wrong with my tank. The rhino propane guy just happened to be there after they charge me. I was quite upset so I asked him, what he thought about the situation he said that the tanks are supposed to be non-defective and if somethings wrong, they should give you a new one for free because blue rhino doesn't charge them for defective tanks to replace them. I went back inside and asked to speak to the manager, and the lady who serviced me was in fact the manager, she gave me an attitude and said she would have to call her boss, so in the end, I got the exchange tank for free. But now that I'm writing a review so many of the employees here are lazy and incompetent numerous times I have left the store upset about the attitude of the workers or generally their lack of knowledge about things that they sell, today was just really upsetting. I personally am a business owner and manager of several hundred employees I know how it is. Customer service is an attitude in the end.

Had a problem. Spoke to the manager, Josh. Wow! Talk about customer service, outstanding! Problem turned into no problem right away. Suggested a Toro mower, excellent mower. Very, very happy customer.
