Very excited to try out my new stove. My hubby and I have always liked the double doors with smaller oven on top. We bought a new home that had just a basic oven/stove. (And was NOT self cleaning 🤦🏻‍♀️) I know I spent about 3 hours doing that. We stopped in at SW and looked around talked to Frank and he ordered exactly what we wanted! Was a great experience in shopping for sure! Thank you all. Delivery crew were exceptional in service and care. Joe and Terrel( sorry if I spelled that wrong).

I’ve been having issues with my Whirlpool dryer not working. The unit is under extended warranty. I’ve had service out in Nov. 2024, and February 2025 (went almost a month without a dryer with 4 kids), and now it’s doing the same thing they just “fixed” it for 3 weeks ago and isn’t working at all. I’ve requested their service managers assist in trying to get the unit exchanged through the warranty company as there are service records going back to 2020 with multiple repairs and parts replaced. They keep telling me it doesn’t meet the criteria for exchange and I need to wait for their service to come out again to try and diagnose the issue. The service manager said she would request service contact me for an appointment asap but no one has reached out to me. The actual service guy has been good when repairing the unit, but I’m extremely frustrated that the service managers are not pushing for what is right for me as their customer. I’m concerned this unit is a fire hazard as something is causing it to overheat and stop working and the service manager did absolutely nothing to attempt to rectify the issue for me. I’ve never left a bad review for anything, but Warner Stellian’s service management is extremely disappointing at this point. Not sure I’ll ever do business with this company again.

Called for a balancing issue on my washer and a broken ice bucket for my fridge. Both were at least working when I called for service. They came out in November and neither of my appliances have worked since. The new ice bucket didnt even fit correctly and they broke the agitator in the washer. Techs have been to my house 4x and only seem to leave my appliances in worse condition than they arrived to. Been promised call backs that never happen and promised a loaner washer at least 4x that never happened. My ice machine won't even make ice at all now and washer is completely unusable. Now they closed my claim without anything being fixed and are saying Im outside my warranty and wont fix what they broke.

Oscar was knowledgeable and a great communicator as my sales rep. We worked through a small issue that I trust will be rectified accordingly. The real surprise was how great the delivery team of Cody and Mike were. They were professional, friendly, and did an excellent job cleaning up. They arrived and walked us through the process and made sure to review the features of the freezer and refrigerator before departing. Nice job all around.

The team was great! The sales team knew the products well and was able to help and direct me to the ideal appliances for my home and personal preferences. The delivery team took the time to get the layout of my house and preplan everything to ensure that delivery was quick, and efficient and that installation of everything was easy. They had everything they needed to get the appliances inside and installed.

Quick and professional. Good warranty, good service. Everyone I spoke with or worked with in the store and during delivery was more professional and pleasant than I would expect at most stores. Absolutely can recommend. Delivered within 2 days, leveled the product, showed me how to use my new freezer. Awesome!
