If I could give 0 stars I would and it seems I'm not the only person who had a negative experience here. Had an appointment at 6pm and had to get 2 items. I waited from 6pm until 6:45pm before they even moved my car or went out to it. Then after they moved it into the bay it sat there long enough for me to get my items and wonder what the hell was taking so long. Waited 30 minutes before I ever heard them working on it. Still waiting on them to get done right now and it seems I should have not wasted my time coming here.

Got to my 8am appt 15 mins early, was the first person here for this time slot, 2.5 hrs later still waiting for them to finish up installing 4 new tires……….DO BETTER!

My car was taken to a work bay promptly. My oil change,tire rotation and courtesy fluid top offs were all done to my satisfaction. An indoor waiting allowed the work progress to be observed while seated. Each employee was courteous and friendly. It took 2 hours, a bit longer than I hoped for, before I was in my car again. The cost of services was lower than 3 other places in the area. After leaving,I checked my tire pressure and all fluid levels and was pleased to find them all correct! I would recommend Walmart Auto Center. There is a temporary app download to let you check on your vehicle, when work is started,ongoing and complete. The app is handy if you want to shop or leave the premise to know when your vehicle is ready.

The WORST customer service. They are so slow, had an appt at 10am, didn’t even start our vehicle till 11:30am. Then all of sudden they canceled a package we had already bought online and forced us to pay again for it. Will never, ever come back here!

Awesome deal on servicing my 2020 Maxima. For just $300, I got a full synthetic oil change, installed two new tires, and received lifetime road hazard coverage, along with rotate & balance services. Took a couple hours but you can’t beat the price.

Pulled in with a flat tire and didn’t have my tire size that’s understandable. Asked to use a jack to change my own tire to put a spare on, they couldn’t because of safety issues, that’s understandable. After sitting and waiting for 1 1/2 hours for them to put my spare on, I went inside, bought a jack, changed my own tire in the parking lot while they watched. Don’t waste your time with these people.

We had a tire going down while traveling I-20 and pulled in at 7pm (closing time). They didn’t hesitate but went out to check the tire. After finding a puncture in the sidewall, they mounted and balanced a new tire. They saved us much time and trouble where I didn’t have to unload the suv to put on the spare. It was awesome customer service, after quitting time no less.
