I am so dissapointed by this product, mostly because I was so excited for what I had ordered. It looked vastly different from the description, and every tile came with discoloration and damage of some kind.

We ordered the Zellige tiles from Villa Lagoon off of Wayfair a month ago, expecting the beautiful Spanish Olive shade shown in the product listing. What we received was nothing close—the color was completely off, we got 80% of a light blue color that wasnt even a shade variation of the green, and maybe 20% that were a blue/green. The tiles were in appalling condition. Every single tile was chipped, missing color, and almost all looked as if the glaze had been smeared on haphazardly. A few were outright broken. I just cant understand why a supplier would advertise something so beautifully and then be willing to ship something to a paying customer in such horrible condition.

So dissapointed.

I cannot say enough about the level of service I have received from Villa Lagoon Tile. Andy has been such a pleasure to work with! Because my location is not within the United States it has the potential to be a little more complicated. Yet Andy has done everything in his power to make it painless. Messages were responded to right away. Credit card details were taken over the phone, invoices and tracking numbers were made easily accessible and shipping was done within 24 hours to accommodate my needs. If there were 10 stars I would’ve checked all 10!

We have the most lovely Mambo pattern in pink and green in our recently remodeled bathroom. The tiles are very high quality, with the design not just applied to the surface, but it is more than an inch thick which means it won't wear off. I found a stock photo of the same pattern on an old Cuban floor. It really is a Cuban pattern. Everyone who sees the tile loves it, especially my husband and I.
Also, I had a couple of questions, and Andy, the customer service rep responded the same day both times. I love this company and the tile.

Beautiful tiles - yes but BEWARE! Ordered enough and have ordered replacements since for two bathrooms only to witness it continue to erode. Cracking, chipping, loose grout, dull finish. We followed all instructions to a tee on installation THEN, after seeing it all start to disintegrate -OMG, called in an expert tile craftsman and he too replaced and to no avail. He has never seen anything like these tiles and now I am stuck-- stuck I say with cracking floors. I also noticed they have altered their instruction since our first installation. These tiles are so fragile they should never be meant for a floor! I would love to be reimbursed for all the cost(s) labor, and frustration. Is all I can say, do yourself a favor and avoid cement tiles.

There is no denying the beauty of tiles. We had hiccups with our floors, but the rep John Adams could not have been more kind and helpful. I would consider working with John again for perhaps a back splash project for our historic home. Thank you again, John.

Villa Lagoon Tile's cement tiles are absolutely beautiful. The clarity of their color and the level of their finish is significantly more refined than other tiles. I researched many other options, both online and available locally. Not only were their prices competitive, I wasn't able to find anything comparable anywhere else. On top of this, the people at Villa Lagoon Tile are extraordinary, and I don't say that to be kind or as any exaggeration. After placing a large order with them, I had tile delivered from their factory in Vietnam. Some of the tile was damaged en route. Without any complaint, Villa Lagoon replaced the tile for me. I have worked with many people over the years, and I have never been treated more professionally than I have in this case. Susan was absolutely amazing to deal with. I am telling everyone who needs tile to request samples from Villa Lagoon. Once you see their tile, you won't want anything else, and you can be assured that they will give you the support you need and stand behind their product. Thank you, Susan, for your help.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have encountered in a LONG time!!! Beyond unacceptable!! My tile installer installed Villa Lagoon Fiore Winter with black grout. He sealed the tile yesterday and applied color safe/stone safe grout today and the tiles are completely stained. I’m heartbroken. I called the manufacturer, spoke to a man who I couldn’t understand his name unfortunately, but he did say, if you were using black grout you should have called us first. How would someone know to do that?! And if you are supposed to use a specific grout, Mapei Flex CL then why is that not noted on your product? Now I am out the money for the tile, the time of installation and now the amount of money to correct this issue which is unknown at this point. The man from Villa Lagoon said, “I’m sure there is something on our website that states this. It’s not our fault. Lowe’s should have something when they received the shipment”. Unbelievable, villa lagoon does not stand behind their product and the only solution offered is to use a rotary sander and hope for the best. What a complete waste and disappointment!! I’m beyond devastated and will never buy another Villa Lagoon product!!

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. I had a relatively small job, but the level of customer service was outstanding, and made me feel like I was as important a customer as someone contracting for a development.
Oh, and the tile. Beautiful, durable, countless compliments I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much!
