Won’t let your husband or boyfriend come in to the dressing room to pick out an anniversary outfit!!! Was super rude about it never had problem anywhere else, except Victoria’s Secret in all the Des Moines locations! They said cause he was a man but I have male transgender friends buy outfits and go in the dressing rooms all the time. They just choose what they feel is okay...

Honestly this is my favorite location due to their selection. I got there and the staff is always very helpful and friendly. They have a great selection, since it’s not to high traffic they are more likely to have stuff that the other Stores sell out of faster.

I love the VS Pink store at Valley West mall! I've been to every Des Moines mall, and this one is the best. Huge variety, big store, not crazy busy like Jordan Creek..... 5 stars!

Nice work with nice people working there and they did a good job helping me find everything I needed and polite fine very honest and upfront about everything honest that's what I like because the clothes are very honest they last longer than any other things I've ever and the only thing I will where is Victoria's Secret panties bras lingerie and even jogging suits leggings and pajamas I love everything about Victoria Secret and yes I have five or six other perfumes I've got 7 bras and 32 pennies and leggings and tops and pajamas so and I'll keep buying. I love my Victoria"s Secret.jl

Their sizes lie! I have been a D before when I was obese. I used to get heavy duty bras like 18 hour, with wide shoulder straps, like the reinforced torture devices that Wonder Women would where. I asked for a fitting and now that I cannot keep my weight up, they fit me at a DD! No I am not.

Very large shop, I was surprised. Lots of small rooms, so set up was kinda weird. Couple sale tables. Great selection, friendly staff on April 10 in the evening.

Christina followed me and my granddaughter around the store .It was a terrible shopping experience and will NEVER return.I was looking at bras when my granddaughter caught Christina peeking from behind a display at us.I purposely move to a different area in the store to see if she would continue to follow us and just like I thought here she comes again..I asked her why is she following us in the store only for her to lie and say she was straightening up items..yeah freaking right.All people that are of color DO NOT STEAL .
