I bought a cashmere sweater and wore it for the first time about a month after purchasing. I wore it once and 2 buttons came off during a dinner party. Not only was it embarrassing to have my sweater break during a party but it was also unacceptable, especially for the price. I went to exchange the item, and they wouldn’t allow it due to the 21 day return policy. They offered for me to take it to a tailor or leave it with them for 8 weeks to have it repaired. It’s absolutely unacceptable and I will never ever be shopping there again.

I asked a salesperson for some help with a jacket. When I tried it on, the front bunched up in a way I didn’t like. The salesperson told me that I looked great in it and the jacket bunched because of the fabric. I tried another size that fit me perfectly but decided to buy it online. I don’t appreciate salespeople lying to me just to get a sale. And if she really thought the bunching was due to the fabric, she should be in another line of work.

Helpful sales associates assist when you ask but leave you alone to browse as well which I really appreciate. Ask if you don't see your size on the floor, they have stock in the back as well.
