I just moved to BV and wanted a washing machine for my new place. The sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable, and it took less than 15 minutes to select a machine and get the delivery scheduled. I ended up buying a piece of furniture as well before leaving, and that transaction was even easier than the first one. They have an excellent selection considering the size of the community they serve, and the staff is great -- if you need something for your home, check them out!

Our family has placed 3 orders with Valley Home over the last couple years and have been very happy with the product we received. Our grandparents had their whole house done (two different purchases) and we've had 3 rooms recently carpeted. The price was significantly less than many competitors we checked with.

Had to talk the lady up front into a sale. She acted like she didn't want to sell us carpet. On top of that her kid was screaming and running around the showroom couldn't hear myself think. So now they are here and short on carpet....!!! Have to go out of town in 2 days and my house is wrecked with furniture from the bedroom gonna have hell packing... This has been a nightmare I recommend not going to this so called business!!!!

I purchased a recliner and the customer service was outstanding!! They delivered the recliner, that day, even though they had been busy with other deliveries. I plan on buying a mattress next!!

Great service a good selection of furniture, flooring and appliances if they don't have your style in that your looking for they can get it with in a few weeks. For a small town they go over the top.

We just went to go look at carpet and the woman working was more concerned about going to lunch than helping us. She was incredibly rude! Not typical of a small town shop.
