I placed an online order, completed the payment, and received a confirmation email for pickup. Before heading out, I verified their operating hours online, which indicated a closing time of 5:30 pm. However, upon my arrival at 4:50 pm, I was met with an employee who was already locking up. Despite explaining that I had made the drive specifically for my prepaid order, she declined to let me in. I attempted to reason with her, suggesting it would take mere moments to hand over my purchase, but my pleas fell on deaf ears. Acknowledging they were closing early, she simply walked away. This incident marks the pinnacle of poor customer service I've ever encountered.

It is much more than a bookstore! It has wonderful UNI apparel. The UNI bookstore has accessories to assist in all your office or classroom work. The clerks are friendly and very helpful in assisting you in finding what your needs are or what you are shopping for in school, work, or UNI. Go Panthers One stop shopping, right on the Hill.

I purchased a shirt online for 19.99. The following day I got a voice mail from one of their managers, Heather, stating that the shirt was out of stock (a lie). I returned the phone call a few hours later and asked why it said (and continued to say) that the shirt was in stock online. The employee offered to go look for it and she found it but it was priced at 31.99 in the store so that is why they cancelled my order. I told her I didn't think that cancelling my order because of their error was right to do. It wasn't my fault the shirt was priced wrong online and I would like the shirt for the price I purchased it for. She said her manager would not allow that. I talked to the manager and I had to convince her to do the right thing and sell the shirt to me for the price I paid. It took far too long for her to understand that she should sell the shirt for the price I paid for it online.

Their service is awful, they are apparently comfortable lying to their customers and need to have it explained to them how to treat their customers. During the Christmas season they also cancelled a family members order on Christmas Eve! That was the first notice they got even after ordering it weeks before. What a joke, I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.
