I had bought my girlfriend the 30 inch body Brazilian wig from here. It was in excellent condition. Price was just right. Great and beautiful outstanding customer service. Will recommend to my friends and family. I also love how someone stop shop. Also how you can by outfits. 1000 out 10. Great place.

IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH YOUR WIG, THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY!!!! NOR WILL THEY TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THEIR PRODUCTS!!!! BEWARE!!!! There are many businesses out there fighting for business. I would not recommend Double Beauty as a place to purchase wigs or hair from. They claim to be professional stylists, but refused to repair their own “products”. I contacted owner via text because they are NEVER in the store, nor will they call to speak to you because they want to keep a “paper trail”, letting them know the situation and sent pictures. I was told that due to the policy they basically could not do anything. I even asked if they could at least refund me back half and take this wig back or to sell me another wig, shorter length, straighter texture for a discount because I assumed the texture was the problem, I don’t know. But they really did not care to make sure I was satisfied at all. I believe they know who to sell the less quality hair too because to be very honest, my experience with this wig was so bad that I am choosing to write a negative review, which is something that I DON’T do. The quality of the product should match the price that I paid. There shouldn’t be any tears from a new product. It’s all unacceptable!!!! I’m highly disappointed, especially coming from a black-owned business. You have to be willing to own it, take losses, and do right by your long standing customers. Smh…..

I use to love coming here when they first
Started there business . Since then it has went really downhill. It’s always unorganized and the inventory thats online is never actually in the store. I will say customer service is great and the staff is very attentive and helpful but besides that i wouldn’t shop here.

Omg this my first time here and i love it here!! I am from out of town and i never seen nothing like this . The employees were so helpful !! Its my birthday weekend and i couldn’t find anything at all . This place was highly recommended and i must say they really outdid my expectations. I will definitely be back . The shop is so well put together . Kudos to you ladies . And its black owned !!!!

The place is a vibe, decor is gorgeous. Everyone was so helpful, the girl named Stella really helped me out & answered all my questions that I had about a wig. Everyone was nice and friendly, I’ll definitely be back in the future.

This place is a vibe . Nice atmosphere . Nice & friendly people . Can have mimosas shop for clothes and/or wig . Also have other services available like lash extensions, teeth whitening, hair appointments & etc . They also have a doggy boutique as well . Literally a ONE STOP SHOP … where you can come as one person & leave looking like a whole new person 🤪

I bought a 18 inch 613 wig that was almost $400 dollars i ended up having to buy another bundle because the wig was so thin which was a extra $100 dollars! even after adding the extra bundle the hair was just horrible only could wear for a week very disappointed because the hair was just that bad..and i have literally spent $500 dollars on this mess…
