This place is such a hidden gem! The staff in here is unbelievable. Old school boutique vibes. While you’re looking around or trying on clothes they bring you clothes for your fit. Full service and great adaptability. Ally and Jewel went above and beyond for me but I’m sure all the staff is the same. Absolutely fantastic experience and so many different styles in stock. My new favorite place to shop!

Felt like I'd had a mostly good experience here and originally had rated 5 stars - with one exception and reading the rest of the reviews here had kind of confirmed what I'd originally felt and that I'm not alone in my experience.

The younger cashiers were very nice and sweet to me and helped me while I was picking out some Kendra Scott jewelry, but when I came back a second time during my trip to the USA (am from here but live in Germany) to get a necklace with the cute Kendra earrings I had purchased, I felt like I was being glared at by another older worker here. I moved around and she was still holding a suspicious gaze. I didn't think anything of it but thought... is it my black leather jacket? I wasn't even sure but didn't think much of it after that. It's simply the fashion in Germany to wear subdued and darker tones because of the seasons - but whatever. Then I read the other reviews here and now I feel kind of sad and dissapointed that I was being treated and looked at the same way.

Besides, why on earth would I want to steal anything? That's just more to pay and ship back and declare to customs, and one MUST have the receipt ready to show if requested!

Lied too and very unhappy being misled about the return policy. I walked up to counter and asked the return policy. Cashier stated 14 days for returns. Nothing else. I said okay and proceeded with purchasing a gift which I said was a gift as for the reason I was not trying it on. After transaction is made cashier says here initial on the bottom of the receipt that I acknowledge and understand the 14 days return policy. So I did. I went back today to return and told oh we only do store credit not refund. You initialed the receipt. YES I DID INITIAL IT. Because you said before I even pulled out my card that it has a 14 day return policy. How about adding at the end of that statement FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. I LEFT THERE VERY MAD AND WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN AND HAVE CREDIT TO A STORE I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT MISLEADS THE CUSTOMER. TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST WITH ALL OF THE DETAILS TO MAKE INFORMED DECISIONS ABOUT THE PURCHASE before ringing them up only to initial and be stuck with credit. Do not trust the salesperson apparently read the fine print and ask questions before you spend your hard earned dollars here. It’s 2022, who doesn’t offer refunds ESPECIALLY WHEN THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES ARE NOT BEING HONEST TO CUSTOMERS. Bad Business Practice

Changed my mind about not writing a review after reading reviews and now understanding why a 5-star store gets a 4-star average review and after my experience today I can see why.

I drove by this store for many years and since it used to not be open on Sundays when I was driving back from San Antonio to Dallas, I had never had a chance to go in until about 3 years ago. My sister had told me that one of her friends really liked the store but always felt uncomfortable because the staff followed people around and made her feel like they thought she was trying to steal something. I had worked retail long ago and understand that there is a fine line between breathing on top of someone and making sure that you're respecting a customer's space and keeping an eye out for possible shoplifters.

So, about 3 years ago I stopped by and the staff was attentive and yes kept in the general vicinity while customers shopped. I was ok with it for the most part. It never was too overbearing and I understood it to some extent although it is excessive. It's a great store with a good mix of apparel, accessories and gift items. The buyer does a great job and the store is merchandised well.

Well, today I stopped by and was greeted by an employee that has helped me before. I think her name is Joy and she was nice. She would come over to me and ask me if I needed anything, etc and would move on to other customers. She was replaced at times with other employees coming over to me to ask me if I wanted to put whatever item I was carrying at the counter and I would say yes and they would take them. I even walked up to the counter and handed a few small items to an employee to add to my items I was purchasing. Then I walked away and started looking in another area - I think it was some Christmas night shirts/gowns. I had my phone in my right hand. The saleslady that had been working at the counter that had taken those last few items to add to my pile came up beside me and asked me, "What do you have in your hand?"......I was caught off guard by her rude tone and the fact that she wasn't smiling and was seriously asking me what I had in my hand. I responded with the obvious. "My Phone".....and she tried to laugh off the awkwardness by asking if I wanted her to put my phone at the counter. I said no and that I was ready to check out. I was tempted to just leave the store because I realized she thought I was stealing something and I was shocked. I had shopped there before and have spent several hundred dollars in the handful of times I've been in the store. As a side comment....in all my years of shopping from discount stores to high end boutiques and department stores, I have never been asked anything like this and was appalled.

So, when I went up to the counter and she was beginning to ring up the items I asked her what their shopping policy was and if they always took items out of people's hands when they were shopping and took them to the counter? When she didn't say anything I asked her or do you do this because you think people are trying to steal things? Still no answer. She kept ringing up the purchase and didn't respond to my questions. She did finish ringing up the sale and acted fine at that point. But the damage had been done.

I talked to the floor manager over the phone a few minutes later when I was driving away and she was very gracious and apologized. After I talked to her I looked the reviews up on-line and realized that this is just appears to be part of the culture at the store. I don't know whether it is mandated from the top or just interpreted by some employees differently and not handled well. Based on the reviews it sounds like I wasn't alone in my experience however I'm pretty certain I was almost accused of trying to steal something. Shame on the store employee and shame on the management for not training people better. There is a fine line in trying to have excellent customer service, targeting shoppers as possible shoplifters and running people off because of overbearing tactics.

This place was amazing! Super cute options for all age groups. I came with my daughter and we both found a dress for our occasion coming up! Our helper Jewel was just the best, she even steamed our dresses for us. Love this place!!!

I came to Two P's & Calli's on a mission of finding Bridesmaid's gifts back in March of this year. My mom and I had anticipated needing to go to several boutiques to find what we were after but we were pleasantly surprised this was a one stop shop! Not only were the ladies in here incredibly helpful, they also stepped in to provide some insight on items that would help bring our vision to life! My partner and I were married over this past weekend and to this day, I still think about how special they helped make our experience while in the store. We weren't just a customer here. They truly made us feel like they were invested in ensuring we had everything we needed.They deserved this review months ago and we highly recommend stopping in if you're ever looking for unique local gifts and A++ service.

Disappointing!!! After a very warm welcome, we were then followed around the store constantly, small talk added. It was the most uncomfortable feeling. Also read exchange policy before you buy…they do not give cash back, only in store credit and holiday items to be returned by 2022 even though we are in 2023. Gift cards are very deceiving, in very small print there is an expiration at 6 months…therefor they refused to honor our gift card. As for a “faith based” boutique, we were very disappointed and will no longer shop there. What loss is it to you to honor any gift card…you have already been paid the money. You are stealing!
