Natasha and Pete are such great assets to our community in many ways. They are professionally very personal, knowledgeable when asked questions, enthusiastic, committed and very accommodating. I find their communication quite timely and they have a great work ethic, both individually and as a team. I especially loved their Friday noon live video walk-throughs updating the viewer on what's new at the Greenhouse and that's been very enticing. Their website is quite easy to manage. My Christmas pink poinsettia lasted well over two months and my buffalo plaid bowed swag greeted walkers on my antique ladder all season, too. Highly recommend!

When you get the urge to plant your spring flowers, I would recommend venturing to Turkey River Greenhouse just on the outskirts of Elkader. Last year, the owners had just stepped into a new adventure of running their own greenhouse. Wanting to support them, I purchased all my flowers from them. The flowers were smaller than what I was used to buying but decided to give them a try. I had the best results with my north facing geraniums on my porch and my east facing deck flowers as they bloomed longer than any flowers I’d ever had before. I received many compliments from friends and neighbors who witnessed them in their glory, asking where I purchased them. You will never find owners more accommodating and prouder of their business than Pete and Natasha!
