I bought a bedroom set with a warranty in August. the dresser came damaged, and the dresser stool was missing. They took a long time to deliver the stool and find a technician to do the repair for the damaged furniture. I was told that warranty covers everything even if I don't use the furniture with warranty for years I can return it back, which thank God I didn't believe, but I still bought warranty for just in case if I needed.
The warranty covers nothing.
After waiting for months for their technician, I finally asked for my money for the damaged furniture, but they refused right away, and I got a call from a repair service who received the work order just before they call me.
The technician came and couldn’t do the repair. I asked them to replace it for me but they don't care about their costumers.
I have paid more than 10k on this furniture set, and I have waited months nice and patiently trusting them and their service. So Disappointed 😞

We purchased accidentally insurance on a very nice set. When we needed to file an insurance claim we found out that the insurance policy was never sent to the company and according to the insurance company whose number we were given by the store l, they aren’t even listed as a store with that insurance company. After tge run around for a couple of weeks. And after threatening a lawsuit we were told to come pick out a replacement. We arrived to a rude encounter at first walk in. Then was told that are total amount paid would work as store credit to pick anything out. But again after only threatening to walk out did they finally agree to replace our set with the exact same set that they originally said wasn’t made anymore. (Our store credit wasn’t enough for the inflated price) But the kicker is after telling us that we could use the credit if we wanted on anything such as mattresses or table etc they say at delivery that they would have taken the damaged set. So we would have been left with no living room set at all. Good thing I was with my hard of hearing disabled mother or they would have taken complete advantage of her. Which they obviously did on the sale of the accidental insurance on the original set. I am great full they finally replaced her set. Even though they say it will not even have a warranty. And the back of the damaged recliner had to be used to replace the damaged back of the new replacement recliner. But the aggravation and the rudeness we encountered was very unprofessional when it was their fault to begin with.

I cannot say enough GREAT THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE!!! Awesome customer service!!! Incredible pricing. Beyond great deals!! Saved a fortune on my matress over the big box stores…… definitely worth going to do business with these fine people.

I will never purchase anything from this store again. When we arrived Steve was all about “I will do anything to help you and make anything right.” We purchased a set and it wasn’t cheap by far. When it was delivered I had to call Steve multiple times who refused to take my call and responded back to me in a text because the delivery guys damaged the furniture! I was wrong for not reading the reviews before purchasing anything here. BTW, it’s been a month now and still no call back from Steve! Also, I’m seeing a pattern while reading the reviews.....DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Very good selection of Furniture and bedding,And Great Prices,I bought a recliner from Don and he was very Knowledgeable and Friendly and answered all of my questions Regarding my purchase (a recliner) It is high quality at an affordable price,I shopped around town and nothing compared to the recliner that I purchased from them,Basically I got a Quality chair w/out breaking the bank,I would Highly Recommend Best Mattress and More! Very Satisfied with my Purchase!

No I did not ask for the LEASE priced mattress there were least expensive mattresses than the one my husband and I purchased yes I returned to the store the with the mattress and was given the same kind of mattress in exchange but was never given the choice of any mattress in the store like said. Be careful what you purchase from this company! We paid good money for the mattress purchased and have had to replace it since. When I believe a normal life span for a decent mattress is 5-10 years and this particular one didnt make it 3 years.
