First of all, I love Tory Burch shoes and purses!!! Just had an awful experience with the PALO Alto, CA store. Order a Christmas gift to be shipped to me. The box was in terrible condition and sneakers dirty. I can only “assume “ I was a return item. To me when I order Tory Burch… I have high expectations with the shopping experience. I want the same experience I get from Louis Vuitton

I was treated very rude today. Me and my mom were standing in line under the sun (100 degrees) to wait to enter the store. The associates kept telling us they just need a few minutes to let us in. We have been waiting and waiting. When it’s our turn, the lady just told us they are at full capacity and they care closing. We will have to leave. I totally understand that they were short staffed or they were closing, but I would really appreciate that they can tell us at the beginning instead of just telling us to wait. But when I complained it to another lady, she said do you want to come in and take a look? So it looked like they can let the last customer in. This is the second time I was treated poorly by tory burch associates. I would never come back.

When you finally ask them about products: they use their excellent retail experience to look at you like a they saw a bug!

I Used to think “wow!this must be what it’s like to walk into a TB!”

As a TB fan and customer of a measly amount of 2.5years and counting—
I will def come back again when I want to turn that smile upside down!!

I think the person that was assisting was drugged. Moving very very slow --walking, packing, even talking. He was helping us with a pair of shoes. Brought the wrong color, then the wrong size. I don't understand how this happens unless he was under influence of something.

I was in the store last Monday afternoon (8/5 at approx 2 pm). There was one other customer browsing in the front part of the store and 2 employees standing near the register in the back part of store. I was in the store at least 15 minutes (most of the time in the back part since I was looking at shoes). I was neither greeted by either employee or asked if I needed help. At one point, one of the employees walked up to the other customer and asked if she was "still OK" or if she needed help with something (she did not). I waited to see if she would ask me if I needed help. Nope! So I left. I shop quite a bit at Tory Burch and have been to many of their stores across the country. Usually the employees immediately greet and ask if you need assistance, regardless of how busy they are. This store was not busy at all and very unacceptable to completely ignore me like the 2 employees did.
