We just had Jordan from TJ’s come today to look at our dryer which wasn’t heating. Within 45 minutes to an hour he had it completely taken part, cleaned and replaced a heating element. He was so pleasant and professional. Thanks Jordan!

Had a dryer that was only heating to warm. Tech came out and quickly diagnosed the problem (heating element). He replaced it and had everything back together in 45 minutes. Very professional and capable.

Ask for a part to fix my Refrigerator. The owner listened to my concerns and send out a service man. The service man was very resourceful found the problem and fixed my refrigerator for much less then expected. It was not the part I would have ordered. Great service!!

We had technician out for warranty on our stack washer while back, great service. Today we had install for dishwasher and again great service from the tech (Brian). Would recommend this place to anyone. Dwight Melody

I wish I could post 0 stars for this place! We bought a $900 bosch dishwasher from sears in mason city. We installed it and right away we had issues. Sears service center sent t-j services out to fix it for us. The first time they came, an entire week after I called, the guy said it wasn't leveled correctly, "fixed" it and left. I ran a load of wash, and it did the same thing. I called t-j back and they came and looked again. The guy then said we installed it incorrectly, did something with a bracket on the back of the washer, did something with wiring, told me it was "fixed" and that he needed a check for $85 since these weren't warranty issues. Stupidly, I wrote them a check. I ran another load of dishes, and it does the same thing, stops in the middle of the cycle and gives an error code. I called t-j back the next morning and they can't come out because that technician is out of town. I asked them not to cash my check until we figure out for sure that there wasn't something wrong with the washer that was covered under warranty. They told me they wouldn't cash the check. I never heard from t-j again after that but THEY CASHED MY CHECK THE VERY NEXT DAY! Finally I call sears service back and they send a sears direct technician out. The level of competence, service, and a general pleasant personality was night and day. The Sears tech found a leak in the tub, a flaw from the factory, and absolutely a warranty issue. While this second tech was here, we found out that sears had actually already paid t-j to come and fix the washer. They got paid twice for the same shoddy job, which amounts to fraud in my book. I'll never let them in my home again, and will encourage anyone I can to do the same.
