I decided to donate toys to an organization that gives them to kids who would love them. Timbuk Toys is a drop location for the organization. A week after I donated I went in to the store to see what the situation with my donation was and sure enough, the employees were all allowed to go through and take what they wanted. I would never donate my toys for such a thing. Very icky. I feel very sad and regret having trusted Timbuk Toys with my donation.

The most over priced Toy store i have ever been to. The girls that work there could not look more unprofessional if they tried. Throat tattoo lady just stood there instead of helping me. Joke of a toy store. Do not waste your time and just go to Amazon instead.

I was just racially profiled. Me and my family walked in to look at and shop for few items. The lady followed us through the store, my son picked out a toy and we went to pay for it we then proceeded to to leave the store and was followed out by a woman who just saw me go pay for my items and ask my son for his toy back which we just had purchased. I am in all right now and really upset I will never go this store again. I never been racially profiled

A must stop shop for the kid at heart or anyone looking for gifts. Wide variety of books, crafts, toys and games. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. It was definitely a highlight of our trip to Denver and we found things we haven’t seen since we were kids.

Came here to get myself something because Toys R Us is gone and found this place. Very good establishment with a nice variety of toys and a charming theme. May be coming here in the future. Thank you!

We come here for our kids for their birthdays and holidays. This is also our go to for friends birthday parties( lots of those) so we are always in here either buying gifts or gift cards. Recently, a holiday present for our kids broke on the first day. I am disappointed that all they could offer was store credit, especially since we frequent this establishment often. You would think with three different locations, they are doing well enough to offer refunds to their customers.
