The White Room was the absolute best place to find my wedding dress! Cathy was so much fun and incredibly kind during the trying on process. She provided expert advice and helped me say yes to my dress! And then I ask had my alterations done through The White Room with Carolyn! She was incredible and helped bring the final decision all together! At The White Room I was able to find my dress, have it custom made, had it altered, found my wedding day earrings, they held it up until the week before (so it wouldn’t get ruined at my house hahaha), pressed my dress so that it was perfect and ready to go for the big day, and even steamed the heirloom veil I wore for the big day! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to find my dress and highly recommend The White Room to anyone looking to find their wedding dress!

We had a fabulous experience finding my daughter’s wedding dress & veil at The White Room! Cathy was fully attentive, offering several dress options until my daughter found just the right one. In addition, she removed the lace trim from my wedding gown’s train to create a beautiful veil. Next, Carolyn not only did an exceptional job alternating the gown to fit perfectly, but did a tea stain on my lace making it the perfect shade to match my daughter’s dress. She then used it to create a custom veil. The veil & gown were perfect!

Carolyn and Cathy knew the wedding was to be in Chianti, Italy. Carolyn gave us very detailed instructions about ironing the silk dress once we arrived plus they had us bring a sheet and our travel bag when we picked up the dress. They then helped us carefully wrap the dress in the sheet and got it situated perfectly in our carryon bag. Finally, they truly went above and beyond when they gifted my daughter with a Pashmina shawl for her wedding day! They knew from our conversations that it would be cold in Tuscany in April and they literally thought of everything!
Both Cathy & Carolyn were professional, kind, and exhibited great skill, as well as being knowledgeable and fun to work with! I would highly, HIGHLY recommend using The White Room!!
