I absolutely love coming here! The blues selection is by far my favorite that I’ve ever seen, they also have an amazing soul and R&B selection. As a tape/vinyl lover makes me happy that every week I come in I see new products. Steve who owns it is so friendly and extremely knowledgeable on the products. Really impressed by the rare finds as well. This for me is a town staple. Definitely worth the trip up!

I bought a new turn table today. I’m very pleased with the product and the service. I was helped with picking the right one for me and how it works as well as tips on putting it together. Also, found a record I’ve been looking for and unable to fine, even from the bands website. I’m extremely satisfied and will be making regular visits when I’m vinyl shopping.

4.5 Great selection and organized. Only gripe is that the records and sleeves were not graded. (Some were but not many)This makes for an easier experience when you don’t have to mess around opening up sleeves.

I was looking for a very specific record from 1964 and Steve made the process super easy and special ordered it for me. Only took a week for it to come in and it’s in great condition! I’ve had it playing on repeat. Great customer service. Great conversation. Great vibes. I’ll be back!

The owner of this record store is nothing short but an amazing person. I was looking for a record on short notice for a special occasion and he opened the store up to me on a Tuesday so I could purchase the Record. I’d recommend this shop to everyone!

This is the most well organized record store I’ve ever been in! The owner has a great selection and he was incredibly friendly. We had a great time looking around and chatting and found several records to take home. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Grinnell.
