March 15th we stopped in and got lost while inside 🤪place is huge with a upstairs and then the basement that kept on going with rooms that lead into other huge rooms. Tons of stuff so have some time for going through it and leave a trail of crumbs to find your way back out 👍

I liked the store it is pretty big and has a diverse collection of clothing and how used they are. There were a lot of tshirt and lounge wear which is great.

It doesn't matter when I go, I always find something worth the trip. I've loved this store since the first time I walked in .. I hope to pick up more lucky finds the next time. .. 😃😃😃

Today while my girl friend was in the store, an employee or manager requested she leave her bag at the counter. While my girlfriend was complying, she stopped to grab her cell phone and wallet from her bag and the manager grabbed the bag off of her arm and attempted to take it. When my girlfriend told her not to touch her and to wait a second, the manager grabbed her again, still attempting to take my girlfriend's bag off her arm. My girlfriend is a regular customer and enjoys the store, but it's a huge breach of personal space and trust that someone feels comfortable trying to take things off her body.

What is it with Salvation Army and Goodwill? Their prices are ridiculous, come on, how can the average person afford to go buy clothes for their family, yet The homeless? This are items DONATED, that they are charged like New prices for. Save yourself a trip and go do DAV on the east side.

Got a senior discount on top of bargains. Lower level is huge! Definitely coming back. Mainly stopped because my shoes for a special event broke and I needed a quick fix. 2 blocks from our hotel it was super convenient too.

We bought, among other things, a board game (and not cheap) and just when paying we could see that it was missing a lot of pieces and the rulebook, making it impossible to play. We asked to change it and the guy who served us a minute before told us no. It's a shame, I will never trust that store anymore and I will stop donating.
