The Pink Tulip is truly amazing!

The location is great and the sales team is incredibly kind! Every visit feels like catching up with friends. It was the first place I shopped before relocating to Birmingham, Alabama, and it remains my favorite!

The customer service is exceptional—HONEST, (like shopping with a friend) helpful, welcoming and they always going the extra mile.

Our daughters, my Mom and our out-of-town friends love shopping here too whenever they visit, not just for the stylish, high-quality clothing (at a great price) but the personalized experience.

It's a beautiful store with beautiful clothes and accessories. Nicely designed with really good taste. Little bit expensive, but they have pink dot sale(50% off), so much better. Great customer service.
The only thing, they don't have big sizes(I mean XL), only few.

Love the Pink Tulip 🌷! We were in Hoover, AL from Texas for a wedding and loved shopping there so much! Customer service is “over the top” and their selection is for everyone and all ages! Highly recommend getting the app too!

I walked in yesterday afternoon (12/29/22) with my mom and brother to buy things for an upcoming event we had. Not only did no one greet us when we came in, but your employees stared at my brother with autism so much so that I had to stop my shopping look at them to let them know he has autism and to let me know if they had any questions. They made it extremely uncomfortable for us, so much so that we left without purchasing and went down to Soco clothing and bought from them instead. For future shoppers, please educate your staff on how to deal with individuals with disabilities and if you need help and resources, feel free to reach out and I’m happy to connect you with some resources in Birmingham to make your shop more inclusive.

One of my favorite places to shop. And the decorating and displays are unbelievable and a very helpful staff. If you've never been, they have something for every women, girl, mom in your life and of course yourself. Fantastic customer service. Really enjoyed having my name written in a chalkboard sign outside my dressing room. Had the best time spending my gift certificate.
