I bought from this store online. They force you to pay for “Route” which is a shipping insurance policy. If you want to even call it that. I reached out to Route to file a claim because my order has said order delayed in transit for over a week now and last update was on February 7th. Route won’t let me file a claim. I reached out to Pink Lily and guess what? ZERO help. I was told they can’t do anything. Seems like a scam they are running. Force me to pay for something I really didn’t want or clearly need because it’s useless, then when Route won’t help, they say tough crap. I have ordered from them several times. This will be the LAST time. The sizing is never accurate but I try to work with them since they’re a “small” business. Never again. I will be seeking legal action for forcing me to pay for something that has zero real protection for the consumer.

I drove from Nashville, TN to the storefront hoping to return my online order and redeem my e-gift card in store, but No…

Please be warned… if something does not fit, you have to return online and can only use your e-gift card online. Apparently their online store and physical store isn’t synced up with the same system. Totally weird.

I have been waiting a year and a half to visit this store in person and I was SO DISAPPOINTED! Everyone that I saw come in, just walked right out in minutes without purchasing anything.

I guess I’m just going to use up my gift card online, eat the 2.5 hours I spent round trip to visit this store, and be done with Pink Lily.

It’s sad because so many bloggers and influencers promote Pink Lily and Tori, but it’s the most unfriendly customer experience when clothes don’t fit or work out.

First off I want to say I really love the clothes from this store and everything I have ever purchased has been great quality. With that being said: just a heads up, the sizing varies from one thing to the next even if it supposed to be the same size. I ordered a medium in a pair of Jean shorts and a medium in a pair of short Jean overalls. The waistband on the overalls was significantly larger than the shorts and I have to return them. For reference I’m 5”4, 130lbs, 32” bust, average build.

I’ve gotten a few things from Pink Lily that I really like, but anytime I want to return something it is just awful. I’ve had several problems in the past and now I just received a dress from them two days ago and it’s saying it’s ineligible to return. Other stores aren’t this difficult. I don’t think I’ll be shopping here any more.

This has been the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Measurements are off, charge return shipping, and literally give you zero solutions. Why would I want store credit when the sizing of items are this off? Insane. Also, Joan might as well replied I was SOL with the response she gave me. Don't bother attaching images to your emails they don't care.

The store has such lowzy selections compared to online. They're unfriendly and don't even acknowledge you when you walk in. I have no idea how this is such a highly promoted boutique with influencers. They're so many better options!

Just so y’all know she gets this stuff from china and turns in a high profit! Thats why the sizes not the same. It’s not vineyard vines or southern tide quality. Her husband is a genus on business but anyone can make this much money shopping on Temu and reselling.. I can’t hate them on that.. buy low selll high. They need to get better stuff now have money cause if not the business will go under

So I came in here with my daughter we bum est but I had been in treatment all day and we were doing some school shopping for her afterwards, you basically need to look a certain way for this place! They were super rude and I see all over Instagram that they have beautiful clothes and all these girls that take pictures by the sign but not one time did anybody come up to ask if we needed help! When we finally found something, it was definitely overpriced. The size did not match and she basically just threw it in the bag and said card or cash. So unfriendly!! I definitely do not recommend this place. There are so much better boutiques here in Bowling Green that you can check out and get your moneys worth.
