Had called this business today , to make a call for my mother bought last Meds that primary had called in cause Mons primary. Called me asking what the name and MG was that they last called in guess there slammed at Dr office and the nurse didn't have her chart -records in front of her so I told her I would call the pharmacy and find out , well first time I called women answered the phone then hung up when she realized she wasn't talking to mom I gave my B-Day and told her what I needed from her She Hung up., called back and man answers then put on hold for this rude women again and she told me the med information I needed but I asked what Mg of an med it was to tell the Dr. office but she refused and got smart said standard size .. Really there is no standard size ... Just rude and pre judgemental on something'sthey don't won't to understand .. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy... I don't understand why people these days think it's ok to be hateful they don't value there business. 😢

I have used Pill Box Pharmacy for many years. I moved away for awhile but started back using Pill Box and they have always been very efficient, kind, helpful, and friendly. If I ever had a problem with any thing they were more than eager and kind to help fix it.

They used to be decent, but keep changing people in the front and always end up having to go back because they don’t have enough to fill the whole thing. The older lady with the short, white hair is the absolutely one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. We are transferring everything to a different pharmacy because of her.

Can’t say enough good things about Pill Box. They have the greatest staff. Every single one of them are incredible. Super friendly, funny and helpful. They become part of your family. Even if I moved I would drive the extra time to use them.

I didn't mind paying more due to the convenience and location. However, lately some of the front staff is rude and unhelpful. I suggest driving a little further into decatur or hartselle and save a few dollars and save the attitude. My experience was like the other 1 star reviews about the rotating staff - I have been a customer for about 2 years and can say that is accurate.

My parents have been using Pill Box Pharmacy and now I know why. After a day of dealing with doctors, hospitals, and a sick father, it was off to the pharmacy. As we pulled up there was a line of cars at the drive-thru and many people inside. I thought this would be just another step of an arduous day. It turned out to be one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.

The ladies behind the counter were working as fast as they could and all were doing it with smiles, professionalism, and compassion. They looked like a well-oiled machine as they went from preparing the prescriptions to checking out customers. The Pharmacist had a laser-like focus on a complex set of instructions from our doctors. She presented different options to help us save money and make it easier on us to administer the necessary medicine.

Another lady sat down with my Mom to explain the devices we would be using and patiently showed her how to use them multiple times. She advised us on ways to save money in the future since we will now have a new expense to incur every month.

I can't say enough good things about everyone who helped us at the Pill Box last night. I only wish there was one in my town so I could move all of my prescriptions to them.
