I was greeted upon arriving by Doug. The store had exactly was I was looking for with the exception of 1 item which was special ordered. Doug was polite, efficient and so easy to work with. The ordering process went smoothly and my items will be delivered next week. I would highly recommend this store (and Doug)!

We loved our experience with Great Escape we bought the dry sauna because Neil was so knowledgeable and patiently explained everything to us. We made several trips back and found everyone who worked there to be nice, knowledgeable and friendly. We bought 2 moto motion sofas and 3 recliners and we are very happy with everything. Great place to shop. We will definitely be back.

Eric and Crystal at the Davenport location have always answered all my questions and been very accomondating to all my beginner pool needs. The equipment I purchased from them has made owning a pool super easy. Change a cartridge every 8 to 10 days and my pool is perfect all the time. Don't hesitate to buy a pool from them!

We just purchased a Wellis Hercules & had a wonderful experience! Doug at Great Escape had the BEST knowledge of anyone of the places we shopped at. He even knew about brands they didn't sell so we could make an informed decision. He didn't talk badly of other dealers either which was HUGE (can't say the other dealers didn't do that). They held the spa for us until we had the concrete finished and he was very clear about needing the payment to clear before the hot tub would be delivered. The delivery guys were on time, friendly and helpful. Even now, after all is said & done, Doug greets us by name when we come in. Great price & great service! We LOVE our new hot tub!

This was an amazing experience! Crystal made everything so effortless and I was able to get my new set of patio furniture the SAME day due to her working with the Delivery Team! I had a guest from out of town with me for the shopping experience and he was flabbergasted at the clearance price of the patio set which allowed me to buy two more Adirondack chairs! On top of that I have a beautiful set on my new house’s deck and myself and my guest were able to sit outside on it the SAME DAY!

Crystal was amazing and will definitely return to get my countertop stools for my kitchen!

The customer service and quality of this experience was top notch!

Other service businesses should take note of what Great Escape of Davenport is doing because they are top notch. Recently bought a pool from them and have been buying hot tub chemicals from them for years and they have been nothing, but outstanding. Big shout out to Doug and others for providing superb customer service.
