Stopped in to look and walked out with a brand new bed. Chris was extremely helpful and the whole process very smooth and easy. Can’t beat 0% APR financing if you prefer to pay off your purchase overtime and not overpay for them. Beautiful furniture and plenty of options available for all tastes, in my humble opinion. Will be back for some comfy couches soon.

Clair was the best salesman we could ask for. He listened, was patient, worked hard to make things match, and went the extra mile. He arranged to get it delivered in 4 days. My wife and I are very pleased . We even went crazy with the accent chair. I recommend Clair as your salesman and Furniture Mart of Spirit Lake.

3months ago I made a substantial furniture purchase with Marcia. Among other things, I had one custom made chair ordered. She asked me if I wanted a couple matching sofa pillows to match. I said yes even tho they were $60 each. When the furniture came I was perfectly pleased with it EXCEPT for the pillows! They look like a beginners home ec project with strings hanging out and uneven corners and seams..extremely poor workmanship. After conversation with Marcia, followed by a call to corporate in Sioux Falls plus another call from someone who had seen my displeasure from a survey…I am still waiting patiently for a call back as was promised. I really want my money back and I’m hearing crickets from all of them. Be very aware that customer service is not a priority! And DONT order custom pillows!

Purchased a few pieces of furniture, when I was there they had a sale of 40% off, so I think I did good. The furniture is of high quality from Ashley manufacturing. My sales lady was very friendly and knowledgeable, and managed to even get me an additional 5% off my dinette set. If I ever want new furniture again I would return.
