I was looking for a birthday present for a baby boy. Walked into the store and exchanged warm greetings. Immediately asked for the toddler winter clearance. The experience was 5stars from being to end. We will shop here often. Will also recommend to family members and friends.

I placed an order with them. Order went to wrong address, mind you I called soon as I received the confirmation email to update my address. They said the order had already shipped so I couldn’t updateb it (the order didn’t ship yet). They had me calling USPS and going to the old address for package and told me to dispute with my bank. I did all of that just for the bank to reverse the refund and now Childrens Place saying they can’t refund me. I will never shop with them again 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND ‼️

Rudest ppl I’ve ever encountered in a children’s clothing store . This location does not have an inviting atmosphere and when you ask questions they give a slick and short response . The employees are more interested in having personal , friendly conversations amongst themselves instead of being welcoming and asking if customers need assistance. The store is not organized and the stock in store is definitely not as good as it is online . ONLINE ONLY FOR ME . SHUT THIS STORE DOWN AND START OVER .

I went to pickup an online order. The line was to the door of the store with one person on a register. When I’m finally through the line and I’m next in line two other girls appear from the back room as if the line to the door has just now gotten that long? They all three should have been on a register when school is starting back in one week instead of customers waiting in the line for an hour for orders to be picked up. Next year school shopping will all be done online and delivered. Rediculous amount of time spent in a store waiting in line.

The Store was a complete mess!! Absolutely horrible! I understand that it’s back to school season, but what you see in this store did not happen overnight. I have never seen anything like it. It needs new management asap! It’s really embarrassing and I don’t even work there.

The store was cluttered. Not organized. Not an inviting atmosphere to shop. Prices were outrageous. I use to be a frequent shopper from the children's place in opelika al. Was so excited to travel to Montgomery however left without buying anything. Very Disappointed

This location is complete garbage. Wish I could give 0 stars. I will only be ordering from online from now on. This store is cluttered, everything is a mess like they do not tidy anything and make sure sizes are even in right spots and everyone in there was having do their job for them. the dressing rooms first off they are trashed and can’t even really get to them because they have carts blocked most of them and boxes all over the floor. Someone could get potentially hurt. The dressing rooms are for CHILDREN they do NOT latch OR lock!! This I feel like could potentially put a child in danger, not all parents are going to go in there with their child or stand at the door. I did not feel comfortable as a mother even entering them with her and holding the door shut I should not have to feel like that entering a store dressing room
the staff is rude, and don’t seem to know basic customer service skills, they don’t greet you or offer any assistance. the pants do NOT run true to size and I called to ask if I could return what I purchased today (my daughter could not try them on due to dressing room disaster) and the employee hung up on me….. sheesh…… RUDE!
