The boutique in bell was selling a backpack through another platform. It’s called mercari, I purchased it and was very excited. The boutique in bell said they were canceling the order due to unforeseen fees on mercari. Even though I thought that was bad business on their part, I still offered to pay the difference. They didn’t like that and canceled the order, wouldn’t respond to me after that. I went on their official website and purchased the backpack there. Once again my order was canceled without explanation and I have yet to be refunded. Not sure if this is a huge scam I fell for or this business is just ok with treating customers terribly. I have never left a bad review in my life, as I understand we’re all human and stuff happens. This is unacceptable though. Will not be supporting this business. Really unfortunate.

This lady, had short brown hair, and she was super rude and disrespectful. She said she had a $5 credit card limit. I understand, however I had never been here before. How am i supposed to know about this limit? Will not be returning till there is better staff.
