Just bought a bedroom suite at a great price. I love shopping at TD’s. Lauren was so helpful with the sale. The guys that loaded the truck were professionals! They paid attention to every detail. I have bought several pieces from them in the past and will certainly be back!

Beware of the warranty!!!! The store and their sales reps are great. I always ask for Justin if I need any help selecting what I want. He is amazing at details! The problem is this warranty he highly recommended with our furniture. He had plenty to say at the time of sale about what they will do to fix any issue. Well, as I have recently tried to use this warranty on a couch and recliner that broke down within the first year with no kids or pets, just 2 adults using it, I was shocked at what I ran into! It was difficult to contact them, I accepted that this could be my fault, but then upon contact, we were told they needed to order parts for repair. This sounds legit, right? But when that parts came in, we were told to pick up the parts and repair it ourselves. Upon further questioning how he was supposed to do this this, my boyfriend was told there are YouTube videos that show show you how! Really? Are you kidding me? Is this what we paid an extra $260 to do?, Repair it ourselves? Now the store has nothing to say except, this is not our department. I've lost all faith in even the parts I loved about this store. If they can't stand behind the warranty they promote and sell, why should I stand behind them. I'm done! I now have parts to repair my own furniture that I paid in advance for someone else to do. What do I do with this Justin?

The sales lady was very helpful. We purchased a nook dining set. We had the set for 2 1/2 months and noticed bubbles start appearing on table top.
We called the sales person we had dealt with and she said it was out of warranty.
I don’t feel that they stand behind their products at all.
They want have to worry about me making the drive from Morris to purchase anything from them.
I want to turn the radio off when I hear there add on the radio.

It deeply saddens me to leave this negative review. I drove 3+ hours(one way) to shop at this store because I saw their social media page. This was my 2nd trip to TD's from Mississippi. 1st shopping trip to TD's was a bad experience that turned good. I walked in & 2 male employees didn't greet me nor acknowledge me(one was not busy, the other one was fraternizing with a coworker or customer), I felt that was very rude. I walked around the store & still wasn't asked if I needed help. I proceeded to the bedroom section & Justin asked me if I needed any help. I questioned him about a few bedsets. He asked if anyone was already assisting me and I said no. I really wanted to inform him that I felt that me not getting offered any help from the 2 previous employees was racially motivated. Justin apologized to me in regards to the situation. He absolutely ROCK!!! That bad situation turned good thanks to Justin. Fastword to July 31st. I arrived at TD's furniture, I walked in and was instantly greeted. I asked if Justin was in and she said he's on vacation. I browsed around the store and arrived to the bedroom area AGAIN 😏. The same lady that greeted me came to offer her assistance. I inquired about the price of a bed that I previously inquired about. I was initially told it's $1, 200 but when I asked her she said $1, 300. Then she said that it's not going on sale no time soon. I showed her my screenshot for proof then she changed her lie. She said I was given the sale price of the bed(the same that she said isn't going on sale😐). Fast forward again: I get called over the intercom to pull around to the dock to get my bed that came in YESTERDAY(In which I wasn't called to let me know it arrived. My bed pieces are getting loaded(3pieces) . I noticed the headboard wasn't wrapped good like the other 2 pieces. I advised one of the warehouse employees TWICE to wrap it better but he didn't.! I arrived home to a cracked headboard and I am livid😤. I'm not 1000℅ sure if I picked it up cracked or if it cracked in route to Mississippi. I am so heartbroken by this entire ordeal. I will definitely not be going. My public plea to you: INSPECT ALL FURNITURE ITEMS & PIECES BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE WAREHOUSE EVEN IF THEY ARE WRAPPED AND PACKAGED.

Do not purchase their furniture insurance. It’s through a third party and the third party will deny every claim you submit. We were told from TDs salesman to not touch a stain that they will come and clean it no matter what. We were not informed it was from a third party until our claims kept getting denied and we reach out to TDs. We’ve made several claims and not one has been accepted. TDs has not been helpful in getting any resolution. At this point it seems TDs just wanted the extra money from us and not confirm the surfaces are done after they said it would be. Very disappointed and feel they took advantage of us.

If you need furniture - go to TD’s! I took my mother here to buy furniture for her living room, and was so impressed by our experience that my husband and I came back later to buy furniture for our first house.

Justin is the one who helped us both times, and he’s the main reason we keep coming back. He was very genuine, honest, and full of helpful advice. With his help we found exactly what we were looking for at a great price. We will definitely be coming back!
