Jason Aycock from SunSouth in Samson put me at ease the first few minutes we talked. He asked about our property information and what we wanted to complete on our land. Just traded a 5055E, which we purchased from SunSouth approximately 9 years ago, for a 5075E, and worked with Jason Aycock, out of the Samson, AL office. Very pleasant experience. Without a doubt, Sunsouth is the best in service and technical competency in the area when it comes to repair and maintenance of equipment. Anyone who does end up purchasing a John Deere mower and has difficulties getting it repaired or regular maintenance by any of the small engine or other repair shops in the Wiregrass only needs to contact Sunsouth and they will pick up & deliver, work gets done quickly and they explain all the work. In particular, this go-around I'd like to thank Mr. Ross McDuffie for his technical expertise and work on my mower - runs great and I appreciate him explaining all the work he accomplished getting my John Deere repaired.
