This place is worse than Plato’s closet, I was surprised they only accepted three items and then it was $13 and change that I was getting for them. I had a duffle bag of nice items and that was it?.. three items for $13 and some change. Very disappointed. The employee that was assisting seemed like they didn’t want to help me at all.

Good luck getting any service. There were 4 ladies working. Stood in line behind 1 other person for at least 20 minutes. Only one person interacting with customers at all, the rest did their best to avoid making any eye contact.Finally set my stuff on the counter and walked out

This place is a joke. I got offered $1 for one shirt but they going to sell it for A LOT more. Everything is way too overpriced for USED clothes. They sell things like it’s brand new, I might as well buy a brand new one than to by a used item here. Seriously a joke and a waste of my time and gas. I’d rather throw these clothes away than to sell to them. Terrible!!

I was pleasantly surprised by this store. It’s like Plato’s closet, but… better quality items for the same price? The selection is smaller, especially for guys, but it seems like most items are in great shape for being second hand, and they have the best used shoe quality I have seen in a clothing thrift store. Will definitely be stopping by occasionally to see what they have.

Great place to find good quality clothing at reasonable prices.... Staff are super friendly and really helpful.... It is a consignment shop so you just have to go and sort through what they have because the inventory is constantly changing.

The merchandise is always in very good condition. It's arranged well and easy to find correct sizing and color. The person at the fitting room was pleasant. The lady at the counter checking me out needs customer service training, or perhaps a different line of work. I got the impression she was upset with a coworker, she needs to learn not to take out her frustration on her customer. I was in the store Feb 21.

Absolutely FANTASTIC shopping!!! Leave the overpriced, boring mall stores behind.
Style Encore has a gigantic selection, well organized (colored coded within article type) and reasonably priced! Highly recommended!!!

I have shopped here since they opened. I go back because they have good clothes. The staff is horrible to customers and to each other. On my last visit, the manager was extremely rude to a phone customer and then after hanging up, she complained and loudly made fun of the caller. They are rude, snobby, and unkind. They loudly gossip about customers. Gross for grown women!
