What a great resale upscale shop in Dubuque. Great prices & great fines. Always specials announced on P.A. system in store to keep you listening. Senior Day every Wednesday (nice). Also price drops by date on item is over 50 days old...the item is 1/2 the ticket amount. WoW & Woo Who!

First time visiting today, I understand that staffing issues are beyond their control, but they should implement a system that provides an estimated wait time or display a screen showing the current place in line. The wait times are excessive, and they should have an electronic text alert to notify customers when it’s their turn or when the sorting is complete. It’s unreasonable to expect people to just stand around waiting. Just unfortunate

Great selection of women's clothes and shoes. Most named brand stuff priced under $20. Large selection of purses also. I got a $400 Michael Kors purse for $69! Pleasantly surprised for my first time there. Will def be back. They also had a big selection of books, household items, home decor pictures, furniture and even brand new mattresses. Something for everyone! My husband even checked out the electronics area and bought a Facebook portal brand new still sealed in the box for $40! A must stop of you're looking for a great priced on used name brand things!

Too difficult to consign things here. Either: 1.) “not accepting consignments at this time” 2.) a ridiculously long line, or 3.) arbitrary issues with the majority of items you bring in.

Initial prices are also surprisingly high on items throughout the store.

At least goodwill doesn’t make it a chore to drop off my items. This isn’t rocket science…

Wow go when you have plenty of time to look. They have just about everything you are looking for. I found the clothing prices for used to be a little more than I am willing to pay. You can find some good deals on other things but, you have to have the time to really look things over.
I would recommend you stop there on a rainy day and plan on being there for awhile.

Getting really frustrated with consigning at this Stuff. They clearly are understaffed when they have to stop taking black bag consignments for two weeks - and this is not the first time I have walked in with a bag and they wouldn’t take it. If they aren’t taking consignment they need to send an email out instead of expecting us to check the website or Facebook page before making a trip.

Also, if they aren’t going to take black bags which customers pay for they shouldn’t be letting customers come in with tubs for them to go through. I walked out with my full black bag last week but they were taking care of people with huge totes.
