This Starbucks is slower than most. Music is too loud. On the bright side, the changing table in the restroom is actually leveled! As opposed to half of places where it's super slanted when pulled down.

They were sweet and even changed something we said wrong when we ordered after they had already made the drink, which we said it was fine since we said the wrong thing, but they fixed it and were so sweet. And the drinks were absolutely amazing.🤩 I think Kelly was at the window and she was so nice and the lady who was inside making the drinks was so sweet too and also did an amazing job with the drinks.

The drive-thru line was long, but each time I come to this Starbucks they are super friendly and the drinks are amazing. My kids love their Cake Pops too!(:

Absolutely horrible drink! I asked for an ice shaken espresso, and I gave them two chances to make it the correct way, but each attempt had the same horrible results.. HORRIBLE!

Not really their fault but the parking lot was littered with trash. When I walked in they were blasting Mexican music which was fine but a weird aesthetic. I tried to ordered and had to result to asking what they actually do have since I was striking out ordering off the menu. This seems to be typical of most Starbucks these days. I have been to dozens in the last two months. Their coffee is predictable but that's about it.

This store is a disaster. Takes forever to get your drink, even with mobile order. Boxes all over the place. Always out of something. Today it was the cardboard hand protectors. Drinks are usually made wrong. I’ve started going to the Moody store. Much more consistent.

I thought long and hard about doing this but I have to say something! I have gone through this drive through for the Ice Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha twice and each time the cold foam has been white. I spoke up about it today and the barista working the window told me it is because the cold foam sinks into the middle. If the cold foam isn’t supposed be purple is Starbucks falsely advertising this drink (screenshot of advertisement posted in addition to my drink)? Now, I learned my colors as a child and even if the cold foam is sinking it would still be purple! I paid $7.10 for this drink as I asked for a Venti with extra lavender cold foam. Also, the drink just tastes like oat milk and matcha! I can make that at home! No lavender at all! I don’t appreciate the gaslighting! I was back home in Colorado last week and ordered this drink several times and the cold foam was purple and tasted of lavender! If you all don’t know how to make this drink correctly maybe the baristas in CO should come train y’all! I just want what I paid for! Finally, how are y’all snapping on lids with bare hands after handling cash and equipment and not offering straws! At least try to prevent the spread of illness! Do better!
