First time visit to this store. 3 staff members working with one other customer. NO ONE greeted me or ask if I needed assistance. I found items to try on and asked if I could try them on only to receive the answer of “I don’t know”. I repeated her answer to see if I heard her correctly. She repeated her answer of “I don’t know, you will have to ask her” and pointed to the person at the cashier desk who was checking out the only other customer than me. I received a blank stare and hung up my items and left. Be better

I know everyone has a story where they were shopping and didn't like how their body looked in clothing. I have competed in pageantry for four years now and have tried on multiple evening gowns and visited several dress stores. I have a more curvy body and had a vision of the evening gown that I wanted to wear at Miss Iowa this year. I went to Stacey's and explained my vision and my plan for evening gown and Stacey and her team made it a reality.

I worked with Channon, CoCo, Stacey and the fabulous Naima! From start to finish they listened to me and made what was in my head a reality. I have never had a better experience dress shopping in my life. Crafting my dream gown felt easy and I could not be more pleased with the finished product.

Channon helped every step along the way. From the first day when we were trying to figure out the color, style and additional small details. She offered her advice and explained everything right down to the small details. I could not say enough for Channon. If you have the opportunity to work with her I would 10/10 recommend it. She is a goddess!

CoCo is so fun and bubbly! Having her fun perspective there while making my decisions was so helpful. Her pleasant smile was always great to see when going into Stacey's!

Stacey, the owner, took the time to listen to me and made sure that I felt comfortable with my decision. She too the time to understand my and my style and what made me feel comfortable and what didn't. Stacey is a boss babe business owner and she KNOWS how to dress you to impress. I have never received better customer service in my life than I did when I went to Stacey's.

Naima was the Fairy godmother behind the beautiful gown in the bag pictured below. Her creativity, and skill is unparalleled. She has been such a blessing in this process. I cannot praise her enough.

I always say that it takes a village to get ready for Miss Iowa and Stacey's is most certainly a permanent part of my village.

We had a great experience at Stacey’s today! Our associate, Abby was extremely helpful and gave us the time we needed to choose the perfect dress. She made me feel comfortable, was helpful and didn’t hover and she didn’t make me feel rushed. We were able to get the dress altered perfectly and accessories added to make my dress mine all in the same day. Everyone was so helpful and polite, it made prom dress shopping a breeze. Definitely the best service I’ve ever received from a dress store. I would 100% recommend Stacey’s to everyone.

Even though she had several people she was helping when she was working with me I truly felt she genuinely wanted to work with me and didn’t rush me at all! She was extremely helpful with helping my narrow down my choices, and gave me honest feedback to make me feel good about myself while I choose the right dress. We came into the store without an appointment looking for a prom style dress out of season. Grace was our attendant and was very helpful and sweet! My niece tried on as many dresses as she wanted and we never felt rushed. We found the perfect dress for her event and will return for every formal occasion in the future.

I had an absolutely fantastic time at Stacey's! I loved trying on wedding dresses with my sweet consultant, Jolie. She is such a blessing to me! We found a dress my first appointment and I was incredibly happy.

Later, however, I had a feeling that I needed to keep looking. So I came back and another girl was trying on dresses at the same time I was. She came out in this STUNNING dress that I immediately knew was mine. Jolie found it for me and I purchased that one instead. There was absolutely no hassle trying to switch out the dresses/payments. The staff were all angels and so sweet.

I came in with my fiance later to figure out tux arrangements, neither of us knowing a thing about them. Our consultant was super helpful and in no time we had it all arranged. I DEFINITELY recommend them!
