I went to this place multiple times instead of giving me the run around, they should have told me the first time. Then when I was asking a questions was talking to another employee while I was standing there, so rude. Ma’am I did notice you was talking about me with the paper thing. Won’t be back.

I’m a retired vet. I asked for help and was dismissed several times. My problem is my property tax went up by 40 percent and no one can tell me why? Kenneth Crowe said he would get back in touch with me and he did not. Nor did anyone in his office. I am contacting ethics to look into this. Taxing a citizen on someone else’s property is FRAUD. Yes I’m accusing Kenneth Crowe of fraudulent charges, dismissive behavior, not helping a senior citizen and a retired vet. Shame on you Kennthe

Garbage, they make everything difficult if your a law abiding citizen. From driver's license to car tags. Save the trouble and go to pell city.
