My experience was terrible!! I made a purchase here to only NOT be refunded my whole amount. They told me the shoes I order were out of stock days after they supposed to arrived. They did not contact me at all. Then I was told to return to the store for my refund but upon arriving I never received my full refund! I was told to wait an additional 5-7 business days just to have the rest of my money reimbursed. I still have not received any email, my refund, or anything. My shopping experience here has been horrible and I do not recommend sports addition to ANYONE when it comes to placing orders in store.

I went to exchange my shoes cause my husband got them for me for Xmas but it was grade school they only stop at 7 so I went to get a shoe out the women’s and had to exchange again cause I was careless and got the wrong size they didn’t have my size 8 or 8 1/2 so again I went to the men’s to get another shoe, they had one that was 7 1/2 but didn’t have the other shoe cause somebody sold it with the size 8 smh terrible terrible terrible I’ll come back maybe when I feel like they’re aaaaalllllllll the way stocked other then that nobody had an attitude and they were helpful.

I ordered and pay for a shoe the label hot printed but did not ship shoes. After a week and two says on third attempt to get my shoes I was informed the label was generated but shoes were not ship. Assigned a case number spoke with them multiple times still no email concerning my refund. The event I needed shoes for 4/5 shoes came in 4/8 WHY? CALL 800 number told another lie. Saturday finally was able to return to store to get a refund and after this time It didn't just happen. On top that I had to come out of my pocket to buy another pair of shoes. Worst experience. I will NEVER PURCHASE FROM HIBBETS OR ITS AFFILIATES AGAIN
