I liked it but I have to admit if there was a spot to try on the costume before purchasing the item just to get home and find out it doesn't fit and then have to return to the store to return the item. This is a hindrance as my patience, time, and gas money are affected if I have to return the item. Plus, I feel like I am wasting the time of the staff to return my product if I'm not happy the first time.

Love this store always find exactly what I need for Halloween. Not to mention the Halloween animatronic display is always exciting to see. I bought a very realistic Annabelle doll. Absolutely love it! My kid is terrified of her.

I bought my daughter costume on October 22nd. Went out and pick it out I asked several times SEVERAL if I needed to return it what was the last day I could return it for a refund. The lady working (Faith) told me October 26th was the last day for RETURNS and exchanges. I come in the 26th return my item and “Love” the store manager told me it couldn’t be returned only exchanged. I explained the circumstances understood I could not return, even though I was told I could. I leave and come back with my daughter(3). I have the same costume with the receipt in the bag. “Love” says “you cannot carry that around in the store, do you mind if I hold it for you” and I said “I paid for it and it’s my stuff ,no”I am coming in to exchange something for something else. I already have store credit. She says, “you cannot walk around the store with merchandise” even though tons of other people are doing the exact same thing I am. I leave it at the counter and she starts talking about how people shove things in bags they’ve already purchased, acting like I was going to do it. It was truly one of the WORST experiences of customer service I’ve ever encountered...I will not be back to say the least.

Bought a bat for my daughters costume and I didn’t realize it had cussing on the side of it. Before I left I was told if you have anything to exchange you must do so before tonight at 10pm or we won’t do it. At the time I was thinking no way I would need to bring a bat back until I read all the writing on the side of the bat and realized there was no way it was going to be appropriate. Upon trying to return this literally two hours after purchasing I was told I could only exchange no matter what and that it was on the bottom of the receipt. The man never said a word about returns prior to purchasing only about exchanges and I didn’t ask any questions but you cannot read the fine print until after an item is purchased. Needless to say I didn’t need anything from them and still had to find something to exchange it for since I was refused my money back within two hours of buying it. Oh but don’t worry they let me have my .01 cents back at the end without hesitation. I will not be returning for the years to come.
