There were 2 customers in the location when I got there to turn in my equipment. It took almost an hour while the two employees took a leisurely pace and told stories while signing them up. At least an hour before I go to turn my equipment in. HORRIBLE customer service. 2 people and they're swamped!

This is the worst store I have ever had the unlucky experience of dealing with…. The one star I give it is for the Hispanic man who is the ONLY decent person who works there! I have been a spectrum customer for 30 years both in Montgomery and in Prattville and after these experiences with these sorry excuses for customer service employees, im not sure if I were given free internet and phone service I would even want to do business with them again. I have had my debit card number stolen repeatedly via my phone and the WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO ADD MY debit card info at the store although 3 of the six employees appear to have no customers! I can’t pay it at the kiosk bc it is internet only! They flat wouldn’t accept my payment!! This store sucks bc of its employees mostly and Spectrum policies suck too!

Spectrum is a joke. Their service is not good at all. I'm sitting there watching the football game and it just cuts out. Pay all that money every month for the internet to tear up while you're watching your shows. It has any other time to tear up but decides to tear up on the day and the exact hour of the football games makes no sense so I left them and went with another provider

She got my cellular telephone and the Spectrum App working again!!!!!
She was friendly, nice, and professional.
Give her a raise or something great.
She did not mind my craziness either. 😃😀

Fast and friendly but hot talked into equipment I didn't need and the bill came a week later and was more that I was told. I will be cancelling and going elsewhere this month.

If you want to wait all day and not get served, this place is it.

No one was there when I was there, then I was told this customer was here and will get worked done as soon as he’s done. Ok no problem, but you know what they did? They started chatting about the ESPN interviews that was displayed behind them. Like are you kidding me this isn’t the sports bar. They didn’t even want to tell us how much longer they’ve got. I guess they are just there for paycheck
