I live in North Carolina and always shop at the Erlanger store when in town. I never leave empty handed. I find clothing for myself as well as my husband and grandchildren. My most frequent purchases are name brand purses, cashmere sweaters and Kendra Scott jewelry. The prices are great and the employees are very friendly. This store is a gem.

Such a gem! I truly struggle with finding clothes my size while shopping at malls but I always have luck here. I appreciate that they have everything you need in one convenient place - men’s, women’s, kids, shoes, glasses & purses. So glad to have found Snooty Fox!

Snooty Fox is a wonderful consignment store chain with great prices, and a fantastic selection of clothing for women, men, and children, and also jewelry, shoes, and other accessories. I shop regularly at the Erlanger location, and also consign there. It is clean, spacious, friendly employees, nice sales, and a constantly rotating inventory. The styles range from the classic conservative to the modern chic.
Why shop new when you can save $$$ with nearly new!

I must say that I have had several good experiences at this location. There are several kind young girls who work here and make my visits pleasant. I particularly needs to call out Elena who has such a sweet demeanor and consistently provides above and beyond assistance. Maybe snooty Fox is not always so snooty after all!

The staff is not friendly, nor do they greet all customers.

The staff needs to remember that Customers Pay their salary and keep their business afloat.

Neat little consignment store!
The selection was a little limited, but the prices were decent. Staff was friendly and kind. The discount racks in the back were an awesome find and I was pleased to discover they had open fitting rooms. Cute shop!

This was my second time in many years entering their establishment. The first time was for me. Gently worn women's dresses and suits that were refused. The second time was with a client who had expensive shoes (Stuart Weitzman) and name brand clothing. The shoes and majority of clothing were denied. Clean and folded neatly but for them, not on hangers.

I was having a bad day and i just happend to stop in to the Erlangler store. I can not express how welcoming they were. They not only made me forget how my day was but they were so sweet!! The two women were great and the manager was amazing. She was helping few other ladies and still made me me feel like if i needed anyting all i had to was ask. Strongly suggest shopping the Snooty Fox!!!
