Uno de los peores lugares para cargar más de medio día para cargar 8 rollos, que en otros lugares en 15 minutos estas fuera

Company gave me a load picking up here that was 5 days late, I expected to be here a lot longer than I was. Got here around 1800 on a weekday. The guards and employees seem fine, they just try to give you too much information, too fast and over complicate the process, if you haven’t been here before it can be a lil confusing.

Pull up to the Gate and they will tell you to go to the Check In Guard and give you a piece of paper. Once there park and walk up to guard shack, fill out your paper then you will have to sweep out your trailer into a dumpster if you are empty. Once swept out I got a door number for the Docks. I was backed into a door, slid my tandems back, and loaded quickly as I was the only truck there. You get your paperwork (they have signs directing you on building where to go) and go back out the way you came in.

Not a bad experience but definitely could have been due to what time I showed up. They only have port a potties from what I saw and it’s definitely a lil eerie at night especially when you’re the only truck there. I only spent about 2 hours here.

10 pm unload of OCC. no wait. In and out in 48 minutes. I couldn’t see the sign when pulling in. Doesn’t reflect well at night. Loading is straight and unloading turns right in the right lane. Hard hat safety glasses and vest.

Truck parking 12 miles away at big Daddy’s outdoor

Good place and I’m leaving my doors open overnight to air out the trailer

Been here twice and it was bad both times. 4-6 hours to get unloaded despite appointment time, have to wait in a long line and watch docks, so you can't sleep during the process. No restroom. Had a pre-loaded puckup but they still forced me to live unload. As it turned out, the pickup got cancelled. These loads are definitely are not worth mileage pay for a company driver.

Positives: the people working late were very nice and professional. The dock worker was a hustler.

Showed up at 12:40pm for 12:30pm appt. Picking rolls of paper up. Pulled up at guard shack. Gave directions to check in area along with a paper to fill out, PU # etc. Turn left follow the road to drop lot. Check in, slide tandems to the rear back trailer up to dumpster for inspection. No debris and especially nails sticking out of floor. Can sweep out if necessary and they even provide a broom. Was put in door 1 immediately and was loaded in under an hour. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant.

I normally have had no issues delivering here. However, today, I went to deliver a second load of cardboard. While there and on the scale. I had a HORRIBLE experience with the lady in the guard shack.
This was around 2:30 PM, and not the one who was in there before when I delivered around 10:00 AM.
I was polite to her when I walked up, had nothing but respect in my voice until she kept cutting me off. Treating me as if I were nothing more than something nasty she had stepped in.
When I gave her the number she was looking for after I asked for clarification on something, she snidely stated "That was hard wasn't it?" That was when I asked her to stop being rude to me or I would call and report her. She laughed it off, saying, "Am I supposed to be scared? Go ahead." It just kept getting worse from there. I called my dispatcher to explain what was going on. She then proceeded to contact a security guard to escort me off the premises and held up the line of trucks waiting to scale and deliver just to "win."
After the security guard came up, finally, giving me my paperwork after refusing to hear me out, he bowed up at me, walked me to my truck. As I'm saying to him I didn't do anything wrong, while getting back into my truck, she opens up the door of the scalehouse leading to the waste and woodchip side of the plant and proceeds to record me on her phone and rudely says "Smile, yup, you're being recorded" I never cussed at her, but I WAS irate and vocal about it.

Westrock, if you read this, I NEVER GAVE PERMISSION TO BE RECORDED. I did not ask to be treated the way I was, if you look at this, please, I urge you to do something about this.

Receiving is FCFS after checking in. They will take you a hr early and late of yr appt time. There are no truck stops close by so if you try to arrive earlier, unless your extremely lucky, they will turn you away. They have 3 docks but now they have changed it to 2 and the dock to the left is only for First Fleet. If they have nothing to unload than other trucks can use it. Also it’s only one person who unloads so one truck at a time. Once they start unloading you it’s fast. They also provide a area by the docks to sweep out trailer.
