Buying a new bed is harrowing. Will I choose the right bed, will it be comfortable once I spend a whole night on it, pressure to upscale ( read: spend more money) to confirm comfort, ect. This experience at Sit and Sleep was different. It started with a 3 minute body- mattress assessment which scaled down the vast possibilities of trying out 80+ mattresses. Within minutes I knew I needed a soft mattress for my comfort. Michael was attentive and thorough in helping me match to my needs. It was delivered, set up, and old mattress hauled away the next day. Delivery was on time, efficient, and professional. The return policy was the only down side. While you have 120 day sleep test time, you have to sleep on it for 30 days, and if returned there is a 10% restocking fee which in my case is $500 ( all reasonable). But if returned you have to buy another mattress from Sit and Sleep at the same price point or higher, again for me, that equates to one heck of a pricey do-over.

From the moment my cars tires touched the pavement in the parking lot I knew this mattress shopping experience was going to be forever engrained into my mind as one of the best moments of my life.

The black metal handle of the door being warmed by the October sun welcomed my sore, cold hand like a hug from an old friend. Once inside, the perplexing aroma of soft, cool cotton and precision manufactured steel springs triggered yet another one of my senses with overwhelming feelings of rest and relaxation.

In the distance an unrecognized, yet comforting, friendly male voice could be heard welcoming me and my fiancé to the store. It was at this moment I knew that we would be leaving the store both happy and excited about the purchase we were about to make.

The voice I heard belonged to a man named Joseph, and once eye contact was made, it was the upmost professionalism and sincerity in every aspect of the sense.

That’s about all I had in me for the fancy review. The store is really good, salesmen are really nice and helpful, pricing is good. Would recommend!

Joe did a fantastic job! Came in late night with a family of 4 (One of which was a toddler with the case of the terrible 2s). He was very knowledgeable and did everything in his power to make sure everyone (including the toddler) was comfortable! 10/10 would recommend ?

Michael is great, he's friendly and knows the products well. The store has a lot of options, but theirs no rush to try them out which is something you can't do when buying from Costco or online.
