The staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable. We got basically all new appliances back in 2016 and they were able to give us a great deal. The install team did a nice job of moving our old fridge to the basement. Fast forward to 2024 we decided to get a chest freezer and retire the fridge from downstairs. The two guys that came this time were such champs. We had to do some door taking off and trim removal to get things to fit, but we got it in the end. Unfortunately there was a mishap and our door had fallen due to the wind and messed up our door handle. The install team was awesome and let John know there was an issue and we were able to get a locksmith in the next day and Silica took care of that bill. They definitely have excellent customer service and we will be return customers!

We purchased two new TV's for our home. The salesman Patrick went through all the features that made picking the TVs out easier for us. When time came for them to deliver and install Cody and Greg did an exceptional job. The later that night something happened that disabled the sound. I called and Patrick walked me through a few steps. He could tell I was frustrated so he came out himself and fixed the issue. We then had a few more issues pop up so the next business day. I called and they sent Cody and Greg out to assist. They fixed the issue immediately and one of the issues was with the local cable company. They also gave us training on how to do a lot of things. I would say all three of them gave us outstanding service.

I Purchased a GE portable Dishwasher from Silica. It is less than 5 years old and we need a repair man for the third time. The dishwasher is junk. The water won’t drain and the black rubber seal around the door is coming off. I feel for the high price I paid and the poor quality of the dishwasher, I was truly ripped off. I was a repeat customer at Silica but now I’m not going to rush back for such poor quality products. Response to owner, when I purchased dishwasher, I asked sales person if there were any parts to remove and clean and they said no, which was incorrect. Sales person failure. After service visit, We rinse our dishes and switched to powder soap and still have issues. I don’t recommend buying GE dishwasher from Silica. My last dishwasher that did NOT come from Silica lasted 20 years and I never had to call repair man.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Aaron was my sales person who was fantastic and gave me no pressure when buying 4 new appliances for my home. He was great to work with. John in the warehouse was amazing and polite with informing me that there was a dent in the fridge and offered me a discount on the fridge or get me a replacement fridge. Kevin & Mitchell delivered my new appliances and took the old ones. The delivery was seamless and professional. I will definitely be a returning customer to Silica in Fond du lac.

From start to finish, my buying experience at Silica was exceptional. As a repeat customer, I appreciate the competence of the sales staff. Not only are they knowledgeable about their products, but they listened as I communicated what was important in a new refrigerator (looking forward to having a bottom freezer that will hold frozen pizzas!!)

The delivery process is worth the fee. The delivery team (Mark & Kevin) communicated in advance of the scheduled time and were punctual. They were highly professional and efficient, and took time to share important information.

Quality products can be purchased through other retailers, but you won't get the same customer service experience. I highly recommend Silica For Your Home.
