I had a wonderful experience today trying to find an outfit for a wedding. The girls were so helpful, they knew the stock, obviously enjoyed finding me things to try on. It was the most fun and fruitful shopping experience I have had in years. Thank you girls. I walked out with three outfits; yes including shoes. The photo is just us having fun. I truly felt the girls cared about how I looked.

I shopped at this boutique during the wine walk in October 2022. They were having a great sale. I bought my daughter a beautiful jacket for a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, the gift didn't fit so I gave her the receipt. She went back to exchange the jacket or get a refund. They told her they no longer had the coat in stock. So she asked for a refund. They informed her that the store had "just changed their policy and no longer accept refunds! No refunds on gifts? Not even a store credit? Just too, bad customer you have to eat the cost. Sure sounds like "providing excellent customer service" to me.

I was welcomed warmly into She She and had the best time shopping around the store. They have such a good variety of clothing, shoes, bags, and gifts. Love it all!!!

If I could give this place another 20 stars I would! I just placed my first online order and received my items FAST! The online ordering experience was seamless and my items came beautifully wrapped and packaged. Highly recommend ordering online for any occasion!

I LOVE She She Boutique! They have the cutest shoes, jewelry, candles and I always find a great dress or super cute T Shirt! I love buying gifts here also. The store is decorated beautifully and everyone that works there is friendly and helpful! The price point is great also and I love supporting female owned business in my neighborhood! I HIGHLY recommend She She Boutique! 💕💕

She She Boutique is one of my favorite places! The warmth of the store can be felt by everyone and it is a truly special place to the town of Los Gatos. At least a piece of my outfit is from She She nearly every day, the clothes and jewelry are amazing!

This is seriously one of my favorite stores, not just in Los Gatos but also anywhere! Everyone who works there is so kind and helpful, I always come out of the store feeling happy and uplifted. I cannot recommend it enough, the vibes and the clothes are great!

Love this boutique in Los Gatos. The dresses and ALL the clothes are so stylish and so reasonably priced. The sales ladies are all so helpful and so friendly!!! Highly recommend this shop for fun parties, showers or any special occasion.

I normally like shopping here to support local small businesses but when I went here to shop recently one of the staff made me so uncomfortable following me everywhere - it was a very unpleasant experience and it was so obvious. Not sure if it was the color of my skin as I was the only person of color in the store at that time but I already have some items that I was shopping for she said to keep it with her at Cashier area- so I did leave it with her. Most times staff here before are friendly and let you be but this time this lady staff just followed me every corner and looking at me making me so uncomfortable. I even had to drive almost 45 minutes to go to this place as I have shopped here lots of times before already. Not sure I’m gonna shop here again if they make me feel uncomfortable. Mind you- she was also rude while I was also paying and no smile nor thank you. Hope the owner trains her/his staff to make the customers feel comfortable also while shopping. I did buy the items I left with her earlier but after what she did- I was so uncomfortable- I stopped looking around for more stuff to buy - just paid whatever I got before she started following me and left. Not sure I’ll be back again.
