S&G Carpet and More Elk Grove

Ginny Ritz

Being a Realtor and an independent type gal, I love to work with people and companies who give me room to do my thing! lol. My experience with S & G was fantastic. I was free to look as much as I wanted, I needed to keep the cost as low as possible for my client and not once did I feel like they tried to push me up into a higher priced flooring option. All my questions got answered and they knew I needed the install done in a short amount of time. It was not a big job, they did not have to accommodate me, but they squeezed my install in! The work was done well, the carpet looked amazing and they were great to do business with. If you are in need of carpet in the Elk Grove area, I highly recommend you give S & G a try!

S&G went over and much beyond in addressing a small concern we had with our original installation by their company. They definitely stand behind their product and their business. Would not hesitate to call them again for future work!

Picking out the flooring from SNG carpet was daunting but Courtney at the elk Grove office was fantastic. She was super patient with me as this process is almost taken a year just for me to pick out a floor. As far as the people who installed the floor, they did a phenomenal job. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. The whole experience just went seamlessly, I am really happy

I had another great experience with S&G Carpet and More in Elk Grove. I dealt exclusively with Courtney Clark, she took care of every detail of my project. My installation team was fantastic. they came on time, did a great installation, and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I won't trust anyone else for my future flooring needs.

My wife and I are over-the-moon HAPPY with the product and service that S&G Carpet provided us. We had visited a couple other flooring stores in the ELK GROVE area, but we knew the moment we walked into the S&G Carpet and More store that we had found something special. They catered to our every need without any hassles -- working with our complicated timeline and our finances -- with an outstanding product and service. The installers arrived on time and worked their collective, meticulous butts off -- giving us an exceptional experience with excellent results. Thank you S&G Carpet for everything -- product, service and cost.

The process was very easy. I spoke with Abel in the store and was given an appointment for someone to come to my home and show me samples. Andrew was very helpful with showing me the samples he had on hand. On the scheduled date for the install, they arrived within the specified time and went to work! Unfortunately, they did have to fix/repair cracks in the floor in order for the the floor to be level. The finished product looked great!

S&G did an amazing job, starting with the consultation to the installation. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional. The job was completed earlier than predicted and there were no surprises with the cost. I am very pleased with the work. Thank you!!
