Wow, what a experience, I haven't seen great customer service in years. These people went above and beyond. I ask for nause meds was, expecting them to point me in the right direction, wrong. They took me, not one but two ladies helped me , explained the meds then confirmed with pharmacist, great team work. Really impressed, and I am hard to impressed. Thank you! All for your help!

They really go the extra mile to assist with out of pocket costs (I’ve been told about coupons for prescriptions and easy ways to retrieve and apply them). The text notifications are so great! They are friendly and knowledgeable! When I call I talk to a person, not automated bots and a million prompts. I’m thankful to have a great local pharmacy over dealing with the big-box chain stores!

We have been using this pharmacy since they opened and let me tell you, it has been an awesome experience. These people run this store and treat their costumers like family. Your situation actually matters to them. There is never a wait like in the chain drug stores. Even if you are bringing your prescription in, its just a few minutes. None of this "come back in two hours" business. They actually call you (a human) if there are any concerns over your prescription. Every employee that works there has a great attitude. (Rare, I know) On top of all this excellence, they have a nice collection of gifts for just about every occasion. You don't have to drive to Mobile to find a nice gift for a shower, birthday or anything else, they have it! Gifts you will be proud to give. I LOVE this store.

They were very ugly yesterday when I called to get a prescription and told me I had to come get my prescription and take it somewhere else because they couldn’t fill it but according to the insurance they did fill it and then withdrew it. They have the medication they just don’t want to give it to someone who doesn’t use it all the time.

I have never had problems with this pharmacy until recently. I called about my prescription that was called in on June 9th and they told me it wouldn’t be ready until July 11th, leaving me off my meds for a week. When I went in and asked they said that they could get it sooner, so I don’t know why they told me this date on the phone. They also called my medicine and name out in front of the whole store which was embarrassing to say the least. I then went all the way home just to realize they gave me the wrong dosage of my medicine. Really frustrating experience and will probably be switching pharmacies.
