Customer service left a lot to be desired. No one asked if we wanted help but they did follow us around pretending to rearrange clothes while actually watching us to see if we were stealing. Theft must be an issue considering all the signs plastered all over the store. The sign outside the dressing room saying that you're being recorded is concerning.
When I went to check out the lady who had been following us around asked if I was ready to check out then turned her back and started shuffling stuff on the counter, ignoring me. Another woman came up and angrily said "I'm assuming you want to check out" This woman was hateful throughout the entire checkout process.

There was apparently a free shirt with my purchase. She looked at the sizes on my clothing (women's large) then looked me up and down and said "are these for YOU?". She then asked if I wanted my free shirt in the same size and I said yes. So she gave me a MENS large. Had she been clear that it was men's sizing I would've gotten a different size. But she said "the same size". So I got a shirt for free but I can't even wear it in public bc it's like a dress.
I didn't catch anyone's name because they didn't bother to speak to us but every employee we encountered was completely lacking in customer service skills. More worried about being a wanna-be security guard than actually helping customers. If theft is such an issue maybe the company should hire a guard. Should also teach the women who work there some basic service skills. Turning your back to someone who just asked to check out was rude. Then the taller blonde woman who did check us out was hateful, bordering on hostile, during the checkout process.

Huge store . Lots of different lines here. Huge variety of shoes and sandals.
Employees were very nice .
Definitely go back here

Bought a pair of aftco mens swimtrunks and wore them once and the stitching on the bottom started to come undone. Went to exchange them and they told me it’s their “policy” that if they’ve been worn they can’t take them back. They won’t have my business again.

This place is incredible that's all I can say they have a great selection of clothing all different types! Lots of Staff they are very friendly they have lots of shoe options lots of sandal options and I can't speak highly enough about their friendly staff and their great buyers that choose cool stuff like Sojo Gels reading glasses and Kuhl pants and men's shorts that are actually short! Like!
I wear rainbow flip-flops it would be nice if they had a large display of them in my size.. I like the way they fit a lot better than OluKai I've had a couple of pairs of OluKai when they have fallen apart

Great store, but horrible customer service. The cashier seemed bothered when my husband asked her where to pay since she was folding clothes. She had an attitude that showed a very poor image for the company.

I recently visited this store..I bought a pair of sunglasses and when I returned to Ohio found the box was empty..they immediately sent me a pair which I truly appreciated..and happy they believed me..I loved the store and will return on my next visit..their merchandise was awesome..thank you again !
