I have taken a few classes with Melody Baker as the instructor at S&R. Every class has been a great learning experience. I highly recommend their classes, and if Melody is teaching, you're going to learn a lot with the explanations being very easy to understand. She's patient, and she always helps anyone who's having trouble with their sewing machine settings. I will definitely be taking more classes in the future, especially her foot-of-the-month classes. They're great for learning how to use different feet on your machine, and the projects you do are always so much fun!

I brought my old Kirby vacuum here and they put on a new belt in under 5 minutes. It was my grandmothers and over 50 years old and still no issue for S&R to repair. Staff is friendly and super knowledgeable. Also have top of the line sewing machines and the newest tech available. Highly recommend!

Had a class with Randi Perry on Oct 4 and had a blast! Randi knows her stuff and kept everything going smoothly... helped anyone how had an issue and kept us all on track with each step of the projects! Melody Baker led a wonderful class to learn to use a walking foot. The final project was really nice and the skills taught were so helpful. I would never have figured all this out on my own! I am eager for more of her classes!

As someone new to sewing and machine embroidery, I stumbled upon S & R about 4 years ago. I can not thank them enough for all that they have taught me, answering all my questions and just being really nice people. Last week, Meredith literally saved me when my embroidery machine messed up. I took it to the store for repair and I explained what I was working on. Without hesitation, she told me to bring it to the store and I could do it there ( bless her, she had no idea). Tony explained so much and helped a great deal.. If you are ever in need of sewing machine repair, vacuum cleaner repair, sewing and embroidery classes, sewing and embroidery machines, they are a one stop shop.

I attended the Gatlinburg Retreat 2022, I had sew much fun and the projects were excellent. I enjoyed sewing with all the ladies. A special Thank you to Randi for being such an excellent Teacher and also Tony for keeping us fed and providing all the snacks! If you leave an event the S&R host hungry that’s your own fault because they believe in having food and snacks
